I love Bird's Heated C1 Yoga class on Sundays at 6p!!! I have never loved a yoga class more than I do for Bird's class. Bird turns the heat and humidity on, but because his classes are usually packed, he will turn the heat down about 15 minutes in and all the heat in the room is due to everyone's hard work.... more

I love the many class times that are available throughout the day. That they offer barre class. The space provided for workout, the instructors and the nonheated class options!. I've been a member here since this studio opened.... more
