Greatest place to practice I been too! Good instructors and a solid hour flow that gets intense. Love this place!
I have been looking for a Yoga Home since moving back to the area from Southern California. The people, the instructors, and this location have made me feel like I am finally home. I am so thankful to have found this studio.
I've gone to this studio for hot yoga on and off for almost a year now. I absolutely love this place. The facilities are immaculate, the staff is friendly and makes an effort to know your name, and of course they offer a great workout. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a hot yoga studio. I particularly love Megan's 5:45 PM class on Monday nights!
BEST hot yoga I've done in DTC! I love the flow and music selections! Keeps me interested and on my toes (literally!) Studio is clean and fresh, instructors are welcoming and amazing educators!
This place does hot yoga right! The flow of the structure of class is my favorite part. I love the tempos of the class. the changing rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommended! I think they have an introductory week as well
After moving here from Texas I needed to find a new hot yoga studio to call home. I'm so glad I found Sumits. Facilities are clean, instructors are very friendly and helpful, class is challenging and HOT, they have a perfect mix of meditation and exercise. Exactly what I was looking for. Great atmosphere! All of the staff members are very friendly and helpful. It's also very clean. I highly recommend this studio, you'll always leave with a smile on your face!
New, independent yoga studio with excellent instructors and clean facilities. I highly recommend this place but don't tell anyone.
Had the chance to visit this studio twice while on vacation. The routine was awesome and was unlike any other hot yoga class I have taken. Instructors could not have been more welcoming. Class had a wide mix of music genres which I enjoy. Facility is clean with locker rooms for clean-up if needed. Felt great throughout the day after both classes.
