I trained with Hayes for about a year and a half until sadly, I had to move. When Hayes was out of town, I would train with others trainers and was always impressed by all of them at ATO! Hayes was very intentional about focusing on my goals and being considerate of any past injuries or sore muscles. He is always positive and helped encourage me to meet my goals, even when I did not believe in myself! Whenever I visit Denver, he is sure to squeeze me in for a session. I also love the Saturday boot camps and would participate in the mid-day workout group which is perfect for those who work full-time or who don't have time in the evenings to get to the gym. The group sessions are great as the workouts are never the same, the trainer watches your form, and you are encouraged by others in the group. It was refreshing and energizing to get my workout in in the middle of my work day! I would come back to work refreshed. I cannot say enough positive things about ATO. Thank you ATO for all your support and encouragement and for helping me get back on track with my fitness and health.
