This gym is a joke. I've tried to cancel my membership since the beginning of 2020 and have been repeatedly charged for each and every month. I'm still reaching out regularly to get updates and nobody will respond to me.
Pretty sad that I'll have to create new banking information to avoid recurring fees from an inept organization.
DO NOT GO HERE! . I normally do not give poor reviews. However this company has put charges on my account that I did not agree to. They do not respond when you try to get your money back. You try to call and they don't respond. I have tried multiple times to cancel and they won't respond. DO NOT SIGNUP FOR A MEMBERSHIP, UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING CHARGED FOR MORE THAN WHAT YOU AGREED TOO.
Avoid at any cost! I should have looked at reviews before signing up for the membership. I was told that it's month to month, and cancellation is a piece of cake. I cancelled on Jan 9th. It took the main website 7 days of pushing me around, and asking me to email this or that to finally get a response on Jan 16th that it has been cancelled.
Fast forward to Feb 4th, I got charged. I contested with my bank since I figured it might be an error. Nope!
On Feb 16th, I got charged $24.95. Nobody can tell me how to really cancel my membership. Nobody will give me my money back.
I told them that I will keep contesting the charge, and they can keep trying to charge. What a PITA!
If I could give less than 1 stars, I would.
They said they are better than 24 hour fitness and VASA. At the end of the day, they are all the same.
Joining is easy, but leaving is a pain.
Stay away! Do not fall for their BS marketing.

My bad for not reading fine print, but I was told when I signed up I could cancel at any time. I was told 2x on the phone after that I could cancel, and the steps to take to do so. My ex, whose acct I pay for was told in person that I could cancel, and what to do to make it happen. So I took those steps, and was told I was stuck with a year contract, sorry! The last time I called the GV location, the guy who answered even said I'd likely be refunded for the months since I first gave notice about wanting to cancel. They have no integrity. They will lie to make a little extra money. Hopefully I can find enough places to leave reviews to cost Crunch way more than the $40/month they're stealing from me.

to??? Go to 24 Hr Fitness- way more locations, or Planet Fitness, or your local YMCA! Anywhere but Crunch!!

Great variety of equipment, all in good shape and kept clean. Helpful staff. Great gym!
I come into agreement with other reviews posted- be mindful of the contract you are signing with Crunch. The contract guidelines are not explained well and you are rushed through the process. If you cancel your membership early, expect to pay a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to, half the membership dues for every month you have left in the contract. It is excessive. I will not be returning to Crunch nor will I be recommending the gym to any friends or family.
2 to 3 times per week I get into this gym and every day and every hour that I am there they are playing RAP music.The RAP goes on and on and on...never any mixing it up with other varieties playing-just RAP and it hurts my head. Bring your own music or ear plugs, I guess. I will give this gym and those in charge of the music a few more visits and if it continues to be just RAP RAP RAP I will quit. Sorry it has to be a one star rating here but if the next time I go in there the music is playing more of a mixed up variety of music I will up my rating-
This used to be a good gym but not anymore. New guy with the Red hair is very nasty. He came up to me even though i didn't finish working out and rudely tap me in the shoulder and told me to put the weights back and telling me that he was watching me all along. What kind of gym is this that they are watching you all along? I been there for over a year but after this. Membership has been cancelled and also i will recommend to anyone to hit other gyms. Do not recommend this gym at all.

Great gym for the price. Water Fountain needs fixed. Need WAY more racks.
Very clean, machined and equipment clean and in great shape. Lockers and bathrooms clean. Staff is generally cordial, highly recommend for the price. Much nicer than planet fitness in my opinion.
Initially was very excited to sign up but unprofessional staff completely turned me off. If you want to leave pissed off instead of feeling endorphins-this is the "work out" you will get. I wouldn't be surprised if they get sued for harassment one day. Do not recommend!
This gym looks good from the outside but I have had problem after problem.
> I had two trainers, one did not at all cater to my personal needs, the other was perpetually absent with no warning. A text 10 minutes after start time saying not coming for example.
> the benches are made for people who are at least 6' tall, they're exceptionally high and doing any bench work is tricky for an average person (I'm 5'6 and my feet don't touch the floor when I lie on the bench).
> The TRX bands just upped and disappeared with no notice, not information just gone. Same with the light poles for shoulder stretching.
> I have many many times arrived at 0500 and the gym is not open. If you advertise 0500 I expect 0500. Occasional issues fine, but I must be up to 8 times when people haven't opened.
> The opening hours on the weekends are astonishingly short. Yes I'm a morning person, but 0700 is very late even on a weekend. Then it closes at 1900 on the weekends. What?
There are other gyms locally that have similar prices and are less troublesome. My recommendation is to take that option.
Meredith, one of the head people is a very sneaky salesman. She will underexplain recurring monthly charges, and when you try to resolve it in a professional way tells you not to contact her, even though she gives out her personal number. She is VERY unprofessional and standoffish. The gym is great but the salesman need to be upfront about any charges and recurring payments. Very very unprofessional.
0/10 recommend this place if I could give no stars I would.
Awesome facility, super clean and organized. The staff is so friendly and helpful.. I suddenly moved recently and unfortunately had to cancel my membership. AJ was so great he was able to work with me to make the cancellation much less difficult! Will definitely be back if I am ever in the area again!
My wife and I were accommodated by Tyler Guyen when getting our membership started. He was knowledgeable encouraging and welcoming. Once at the gym he got us squared away and one of the trainers provided a tour of the facilities. The place is clean and the people are down to earth. They have a motivating environment and excellent location. Wish it were 24hours though.
I am a gym snob. I pay attention to things like cleanliness, clientele, service level of employees, overall vibe, equipment, classes and community. Community is vastly important to me. In order to get in shape, I have to WANT to go to the gym. If that isn't there, forget it. I live in the city and work in the burbs. City gyms that offer anything close to what Crunch offers are priced for the millenials with their 6 figure jobs. So I was happy to find Crunch at a price point less than 25% of what a similar situation in the city would run. But that was not the deciding factor. The deciding factor was the vibe. Happy employees such as Meredith who somehow managed to change my thinking on personal training (cause I know everything don't you know?). So I look forward to going there after work today...and every day. More than I can say for my downtown gym that had all the bells and whistles but for some reason I hated to go.

My only complaint is that they close extremely early on weekends. If that's not an issue for your schedule then this is the best gym you'll find in Colorado.
This place really just pissed me off. Got here at 715pm on saturday to get a quick lift in and the doors were locked. I will be changing my membership because of this.
I joined with the executive membership and signed up for training for 3 months. I'm working with Mike and he is awesome! I have aches and pains and he is so knowledgable in working with me to strengthen those areas. I have been working out for decades and his stretches have been life changing! Further Jeff, the manager has been awesome in helping me with my tennis elbow. I love the size and really appreciate how down to Earth every one is at Crunch!
I was visiting for the weekend and really enjoyed working out here. Very clean, great equipment with plenty of room, good air conditioning, everything in order and organized, respectful gym members, and very friendly staff. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this gym.
Great location, clean and new equipment, and friendly staff. I enjoy coming here. At first all they were showing on the many televisions were sports programs and gym-related material. Today I saw an entire row of TVs in the cardio section showing Fox News. Politics aside, this is a gym, please bring back only sports programming and do away with the news programs. Everyone deserves the opportunity to be away from news for a workout.
