Rock wall is amazing for kids to use. Facilities are well maintained. Locker rooms are very nice. There is plenty of equipment to use. Kids club has numerous activities. Pool is spacious and well maintained. The food in the cafe is good. My kids love it.

Beautiful space with great aesthetic views. Trainers and staff are amazing. Lovely pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Locker room is clean and functional. No shortage of towels. Enjoyable place for "me time ".

This is an amazing gym. A friend of mine brought me in as a guest and the facilities were clean and plenty of open equipment. I was surprised to see how many things there were to do there. This is beyond a gym this is a destination. The sauna for me was amazing. And the food bar in front has excellent food and drinks. I enjoyed this so much I am considering moving closer so I can join. You should really take a tour if you get a chance. The staff was amazing. Thanks again for the day pass.

Just joined the gym today and Cooper was excellent in memberships. Facilities looked good as there is a lot of equipment - cardio and weights. Pool also looked nice. Spin studio looked good - however, I suspect it will struggle to beat Cycle Bar at Lone Tree. So I go there tonight and after it is claimed to be 24/7, the doors are locked and no one is at reception (I see from other reviews that this is a regular occurrence). Therefore, the 24/7 is a bit of a lie and it is pointless going there on the off chance it may be open - seems like false advertising! Needless to say, I will be cancelling in my 7 day period where I can - it is a shame as I was looking forward to the facility - but if they do not open when they say, it is a waste of time!

If you're military or veteran, steer clear. Practically anti mil.

Not to mention the membership coordinator's claim that this chain is "unmatched". Puuhhhleeeeze.

I get the same everything with CAC AND my military discount AND more respectful communication.

I love Life Time Centennial! I just moved here from New Jersey and was so glad I had a Life Time close to my new home that I could transfer my membership to. Once I came over for my first time, I received such a warm welcome. All of the staff were so helpful with the transfer process, too. I needed to go take care of some beauty things at the Life Spa, and Taylor was so sweet and helped me get my appointment right away. Lynn took care of my brows and facial, and I was just amazed by how great I felt after. Life Time Centennial is unlike any other gym around; you literally have it all with each of their incredible amenities!

This is my home away from home!! The staff is "top-notch" and most of the trainers are super friendly and willing to help! I travel quite a bit for work and would love to see my home-base step it up a notch and offer some of the things the other gyms around the country have to offer...Mouth Wash, Cotton swabs, Razors and shaving cream. Those are some of the things that are offered at the Scottsdale gym. I know, it's Scottsdale BUT Highlands Ranch is pretty uppity as well. What say you Mr. GM? I love your club BUT...Can you make it better? Just so you're aware, I gave y'all 4 stars because your club is nice and clean (Unlike the Parker, CO location). I'd like to make your club a 5!! Help me help you :)

Great gym. I joined in September 2017 and was a member for a few months. I was able to cancel my membership with no fee, I just had to go in and sign a form. I cancelled because I didn't use it as often as I wanted to. I loved the Cycling classes though! When I went to work-out on my own, I would go around 8 p.m. and was very pleased because it wasn't very busy at that time. I used the child care for my infant and it seemed like he was happy there and it was clean and in control. The child care workers didn't appear to "LOVE" kids like it was in their blood, but they were doing the job. We paid $140 per month which included 2 adults and 1 baby (included child care).

Horrible customer service. My wife and I discovered that Life Time has been charging us after we cancelled our membership. The cancellation process was a total mess with employees giving conflicting information and not knowing which forms/systems to use. You also have to come in person since Life Time doesn't have the technological ability to cancel the membership online/phone/written request.

We called and spoke with several employees who all failed to come up with an explanation for our situation. No one had any power to help us, we were just passed along from one unhelpful person to the next. We also were provided a phone number to call, but it turned out to be a special offers hotline for cruises, gift cards, etc. - we feel that they provided a fake number intentionally to get us off the phone.

After no one was able to help us, we decided to contact the "general manager", Nic Rodriguez. We feel that the "general manager" is avoiding us because it has now been 26 days without a single response from Nic.

I have never experienced such a total disregard for customer service - especially from an expensive gym where you expect the establishment to be well organized, given the price of a membership.

Since Life Time is completely unresponsive - we are taking other measures to recoup the money that was essentially stolen from us. Do not join this gym unless you want to be taken advantage of and ignored when you ask questions.

This is a beautiful facility and I wish I could report my experience was better. I recently joined hoping it would help with coming back from an injury. My first strange moment was when I was signing my contract in the sales office and he called a personal trainer to come in and try to talk me in to personal training after I declined due to the fact I was already working with a physical therapist. I was then signed up for an orientation that I thought would provide me info about navigating this huge facility but instead was another sales pitch from the lead personal trainer and had nothing to do with orienting me to the club. It feels like a bait and switch. When I didn't sign up for any personal training I was pressured to sign up for another "orientation" with more of the same. The orientation was focused on showing me how much they could do to increase my range of motion, sales pitch, instead of focusing on the fact that was returning from 6 months or rest and unfortunately set me back a bit as a result. Personal training dollars are this club's focus and I resigned after 3 months.

I really like the facilities and the majority of the staff. They keep the place clean and quickly repair any malfunctioning equipment. However, they seem to have been on a big push lately for personal training. I would have given them 5 stars if not for this. They now station trainers at the front doors, the top of the stairs when you go onto the exercise floor, and just about anywhere else that they can to be able to put the pressure on you.

I understand that this is the biggest area of opportunity to generate additional revenue for a gym, but it's really starting to have a negative impact on the experience.

The facilities are top notch. However the personal training program is a scam. You use to be able to do training sessions individually. Now they sign you up for a month of sessions. And they don't tell you the "contract" evergreens with a thirty day notice for cancellation. This means you have to give cancellation notice they day you sign the "contract" if you want only one month of training. Oh, and the personal training is $120 per hour. There are many ethical and economic places to train, however Lifetime Fitness is not one of them.

Only thing I really liked was the MMA area. Equipment not as good as VASA fitness and is way more expensive. The wrong personal trainer's kept bothering me.

The monthly membership costs more than 24 Hour Fitness, but they're not comparable gyms. The equipment, staff, and cleanliness of the facility is an immense improvement over 24 Hour. I love this gym!

Lifetime is banning all cable news - for the purpose of banning FOX I assume? IMHO, it's equivalent to burning books you don't like. I have been going to Lifetime to catch up on news and opinion while I worked out for years, but no More! I'm looking for another club and I'm lucky I have other club choices. SCREW THE BOOK BURNERS.

For what you get it is well spent money. Hot tubs, 3 pools, tons of classes, yoga, spinning and an overall healthy environment to press towards your goals with others. Today, I was doing a class and it was kicking my butt but I thought to myself, "wow, this is a great investment". Yeah it is more than other gyms but you get WAY more......Enjoy. Staff is super friendly also. Plus tennis.....

I really enjoy going to this gym. It is super clean, great variety of equipment, and is not crowded at the times I go. I don't interact with staff or other members, so I can't comment on the customer service other than when I check in. It is about double the cost of 24hr Fitness and significantly more than the newer gyms like Crunch or Chuze Fitness, but to me, it is worth it.

Let me begin by stating that this is NOT a review of the facility itself, but of one staff member in particular. The facility is top-notch and has an excellent selection of equipment and amenities. For the most part, the staff is also quite excellent, and this is the first bad experience I have had in four months of attending this gym.

This review pertains to a member of the personal training staff named Liz. My girlfriend and I were concluding our workout today with some cardio and this trainer approached us with some unsolicited and quite frankly rudely delivered advice suggesting that what my girlfriend was doing was an ineffective way to exercise. My girlfriend only began working out a few months ago, and has been giving it her all on a daily basis, so needless to say hearing something like this coming out of nowhere is very defeating and it really upset her. I myself am an NSCA certified personal trainer, and I understand that trainers for the most part do their best to make good, wholesome suggestions to their clients when necessary for the benefit of the person's health. Neither of us however are Liz's clients, nor have we ever interacted with her, and there is absolutely a right and wrong way to deliver information like this. It would be one thing if one of us had asked her, but to be approached and interrupted during a workout is completely unacceptable. The manner in which the 'advice' was delivered was also unnecessary. The tone in which the trainer spoke to us was both passive aggressive and condescending, almost as if to suggest we should have been going out of our way to seek her advice and would be foolish not to listen to her.

Again, if we were looking for a trainer or had hired her, or if one of us had been in danger of injury, this would have come across a completely different way. This kind of thing creates a very bad look for a trainer as an individual, and calls in to question whether some of the staff are genuinely trying to be helpful or are attempting to recruit new clients via unsolicited interactions with people who are just trying to do their best and are perfectly happy with themselves the way they are.

Great gym with lots of things to do. Its Rather pricey. Had a great time while watching some pro racquet ball players play in a tourney. I wad able to play a pro while she was waiting for her friends.

I was eager to experience the renovations and the new equipment at Lifetime! It was with great disappointment when I realized that this gym is all about making money and could care less about customer service and customer needs in general.
A massive area was built for paid classes, right in the center, while the area that most of the members work-out is now congested to the point that you have to wait for some machines close to each other so you don't injure yourself! That's ridiculous for a fitness club costing $85 a month!
So now...if you are not interested to pay extra for classes, you get to work-out to a super mediocre, space limited gym!
I know that myself and the 4 members i brought in, are looking for a new gym in the area...that actually cares about its members!

This place really needs to up their management team. We had a problem here and one of the higher ups started going of on us in a steroid infused rage. All because they don't know how to honor their word. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody even if I had an incentive to do so.
