A wonderful method that is deeply effective when brought into your everyday life! I used the method throughout my entire pregnancy and had little to no back or pelvic pain. It's helped me regain my strength post birth and helped me reconnect to a core that went through a c-section. Highly recommend!!

I love The Bloom Method. The classes and community are specifically tailored for pregnancy and post-partum. I feel so safe doing all the exercises and implementing the breathing technique. The moves are functional in regular life too which is helpful. The community of teachers and students is very supportive and informed. I only wish the studio offered weekend classes.

I can't say enough about Studio Bloom; I just wish I had it with my first pregnancy! I am still early in the first trimester, but I already feel so much stronger and connected to my core. I can't believe how much I did NOT know during my first pregnancy, and just how much I've learned already in such a short period. The three-week prenatal series is a great guide to start your bloom journey. I use the diaphragmatic breath to calm me down as a CRNA in the OR daily. It has done wonders for me emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Brooke and the instructors, especially my girl Michele (!) are SO inspirational, knowledgeable, and motivating. I'm so excited to continue this throughout this pregnancy and into postpartum. The convenience of having it readily available on my Apple TV and iPhone make it so easy to fit in workouts. THANK YOU THANK YOU!! Keep the good workouts coming! :)

I am so thankful I found The Bloom Method. I started attending classes when I was about 20 weeks pregnant, continued through 40 weeks and am still attending now at 4.5 months pp. The workouts are safe yet still challenging. After attending regularly, my sciatica disappeared and I felt stronger than I did pre-pregnancy. Additionally, I believe that my pp recovery was faster and I had no separation issues. Brooke has been an incredible resource to have. She is an extremely knowledgeable and supportive resource that all pregnant and pp women will benefit from working with. Thank you Brooke and team!
I had one pregnancy without The Bloom Method and one pregnancy where I took the pre-natal classes. The recovery between the 2 have been night and day. I never thought about how often I would need to squat down to pick up my baby or get up off the floor. It has been so much easier after attending these classes. It's also been nice that you are able to do the exercises at whatever level you are at, there's no pressure to perform, no competition. Brooke and all the instructors are so supportive and great resources!
The Bloom Method classes have been instrumental in supporting my physical desires of focusing on safe and key prenatal exercises to feel strong and confident in my body as I prepare for delivery. Mentally, the classes have exceeded my expectations in pushing me to new levels and boosted my confidence that I will be well prepared for birth! The instructors offer a wealth of knowledge to support each woman's individual journey.
As a local pediatric, prenatal and full family Chiropractor I am incredibly grateful to have people like Brooke in our community. She is such a huge asset to the Boulder birth community and her knowledge is what people need to hear and to learn for healthier pregnancies (pre and post). Brooke is a prenatal fitness visionary! She is so thoughtful and passionate about her method and is an amazing trainer. Her balanced formula of gentle encouragement gets me through our sessions. Just when I want to give up, she reminds me of how strong I am and how far I've come. I love that! She cares so much about her clients and their success and that comes through in each encounter.
The Bloom Method's technique is unlike any other! I feel it is an essential for every mama to be and for those postpartum moms wanting to get back to exercise quickly, the right way! Brooke pushes you, while maintaining proper alignment and core engagement.
