This review is for Nikita and Tyler and very awesome staff that are always so personable! (Some names i dont remember but they make the gym a great place)
Fun and inviting. Great way to relaxed after a 10 hr shift. Can't beat service and quality of equipment. Not to mention the price per month is mad descent. She'll worth the movement. Plus it's really 24 hrs, so you take a swim at 2 in the morning.
This gym has some of the most knowledgeable and patient coaches I have ever encountered. Beautiful gym with wonderful people in it!!!!
Gets the job done! All the staff I have worked with are very nice and friendly. The people complaining need to understand the price point and go to a more expensive facility if they expect more. This place has everything you need and it kept clean all at a very moderate price point.
The basketballs are all lopsided and I've said something everytime I've been here for the last couple weeks and all the staff does is apologize. I just want a decent basketball, not an apology, lol. Equipment is ALWAYS broken. Check out my picture of the fly machine and the terribly dangerous weld job. This can definitely hurt someone by being uneven when force is applied, this has been like this for about 1.5 years. The cable machine often offer different resistance because of lubing issues. The guy at the front counter jokes with me about picking stuff out that's broken. That's how many times we've talked, it's bad. If there was another gym for $35/month they would go out of business quickly.

I've been a member here for about two years and am very pleased with the staff and all the amenities. Today however; has superseded my like for this gym. As I was in a class I began to feel like I was going to pass out. I was heading for the locker room to sit down but only made it to the front counter. There an employee, Joey, was there to save the day! I said I felt like I was going to pass out and he helped throughout the ordeal, even giving me something to eat. Kudos! I felt very secure today in a awesome gym! Thanks to Joey!

The staff has a difficult time remembering to refill soap, paper towels, and the spray bottles. The floor is dirty so foam rolling and stretching gives you that gaggy feeling like when you remove hair from the shower drain. They charge a first time member fee (over priced for the services you receive) and you have to pay an annual membership fee (again over priced). Wouldn't recommend.
Friendly members and staff. Great environment with everything I could ever want to use. I am never board with my workouts at this gym. Clean, fun and a positive place to go.

Dont know what's with all the one stars. It's a pretty good gym. Locker room smells a little funny sometimes but it's a gym not a bed bath and beyond. Do your workout change and leave. Lots of free weights lots of machines. As a former trainer I think it's a pretty great gym.

Team is very friendly. Variety of machines, spacious and very affordable. I love going there more often. Sauna and hot tubs are great! pool is a little small and sometimes cold. Highly recommended.

Very big gym. As clean as popular gyms come. Great basketball court and locker rooms on top of a big selection of weight lifting equipment and running/ biking machings
All the negative reviewers are really sensitive or something cause I just worked out here and it was great. nice people, nice equipment, nice locker rooms.
Busiest times are 9am, 12pm, and between 430pm-9pm. Its a gym. Some lookers and some wookers. Equipment is fairly well maintained. Hot tub sauna ans pool are pretty clean and friendly. Employees are young sometimes unobservant to a customers needs. A few very good personal trainers.

Best value in Boulder area. Large facility with a wide variety of workout equipment including indoor basketball court, sauna and lap pool. Staff is friendly and professional and the prices are among the lowest in the area. I was NOT going to even consider this gym due to the negative reviews on Google, but I'm glad I went there. Not sure why all the negative reviews? Yes, it's not the newest gym and it's in a strip mall with some empty stores, but if you want to work out and not pay a lot of money, this is a very good value.
Small fitness center, only two pool lanes, small hottub. Shared sauna and steam room. Nice that there was a swim suit spinner, so your swim suit isn't soaking your gym bag on the way out. Showers look nice, shower head showers are not comfortable, too high pressured. Big locker room, more spacey than equipment room. First time at this location and staff was friendly.
Filthy place. Always stinks. Kept getting infections and foot rot. They are also thieves. I cancelled my membership and they continued to charge for months. They refuse to refund what they took from me. DO NOT JOIN, you'll regret it.
I've been to about 7 or 8 different 24 hour fitness locations in Colorado. I have been a member on and off for the past 15 years and this particular location was probably the worst I've seen. I wouldn't say it's terrible, but a bit "dingy" is an accurate way to describe it. It does not look or smell as clean & nice as the others I've been to and seems outdated. The layout is very linear...not set up to look asthetically pleasing at all, which is fine for functionality, but if you're also wanting a gym that is pleasant to be at, this isn't it.
I live in Erie now and the Broomfield location is the same distance for me as this Boulder location, so I'll be sticking to Broomfield.
This one is supposedly a "Super Sport". That's the strangest thing and the reason I wanted to give a review. I've been to the Super Sport down in Highlands Ranch. That gym absolutely blows this one away. It is much nicer and has towel service, etc. No comparison. I'd of given this review 3 stars if it weren't claiming to be a Super Sport.
It is not Lifetime Fitness, or is the price. That said, it is a good place to get a workout in, sauna and shower. The people at the front desk are really friendly. There was a problem getting things fixed some time ago, but that is not the case anymore. To me, it is not a SuperSport...based on my travels and going to other 24 hour fitness gyms. I use the video spinning classes as that fits my schedule best. They are good. The overall gym works well for me. You get to know the regulars which makes it nice. I have never had a problem asking someone to help spot me when lifting heavier weights.
My only complaint is the spinning bikes. They are about 3 generations down level and most should not be used. There was talk multiple times about getting replacements, but that tends to fad away after the talk. I plan on continuing here.

Ignore the negative reviews. The staff are friendly, the men's locker room is clean (certainly doesn't smell like urine), broken equipment is usually fixed quickly, and my experience with the people selling personal training is that they are not pushy.
For the price, you can't beat it. I go at various times and days and have never waited for a squat rack, pull-up bar, dip station, kettle bell or dumbbells.
It appears as though if you are waiting for a specific machine, wait your turn. Good grief, someone else also has to wait for your 4 sets of 8 with 90 second rest periods. Ask to cut in or do something else until it's free.
I can't comment on the sauna because I would never go in a public sauna anyways.
Any 24 hour gym locker room with showers is going to have naked old men. It is admittedly disgusting, but you don't have to look. Be thankful that they are there trying to stay healthy, as it benefits everyone's health insurance costs.
I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews. For $50 a month I workout whenever I want, doing whatever I want and get a free shower.
If you want more than that, go somewhere else.
Lots of equipment to use, so you usually dont have to share anything. The fitness classes are fun. Though the pool had a lot of chlorine and the locker room could have a better layout.
Boulder deserves better. Least amenities of any 24 in Colorado and outdated. No towels, no WiFi, small and weak sauna, lukewarm showers with no door or curtain. Small locker room always cold, crowded and floors dirty. It does have one of the better steam rooms of most 24 locations and both members/staff is better quality than other locations.
This location is one of my favorite but the staff needs to enforce their policies. Lately an obnoxious lifter has been dropping heavy weights and grunting so loud you can hear him across gym with head phones in. It is clearly stated everywhere not to drop weights but it is not enforced.
It's my gym. I love being there and staff is also very helpful. They wish you good evening and good bye everytime.
A great atmosphere to be in. Love all the different people. Recently put in new lights so you can actually see what you're doing. Staff is awesome. Trained several times with Molly and saw some legit weight loss. Love this gym.
It's always been a solid gym, but making this place a Super Sport is the most blatant money grab I've seen from 24hr Fitness and a complete disgrace. Otherwise, I would probably give the place a 4-5 star review had it stayed as a Sport location.
I started coming to this gym probably close to 10 years ago when I was going to CU Boulder. That lasted until about 3-4 years ago when I moved out of Boulder because of my job and eventually moved out of Colorado altogether. I'm back here on business and thought I would hit up the old gym again and everything was great until I was denied entry the 2nd day because this now requires a Super Sport membership (1st day was a complimentary trial I guess). I was told this happened 2 years ago but looking at review here it seems like it was only about a year ago? Either way, all the signs still say "Sport" inside and it certainly doesn't really provide anything beyond what they had before and what other Sport locations have. It's pretty obvious they only did this because Boulder gets a lot of traffic at the gym so they want to make people pay more. They made me pay $25 as a "special offer" on top of my existing Sport membership in order to use the place for the 10 days that I'll be in town...
Some of the equipment is newer than 4 years ago but it's the same workouts, just a fresh coat of paint. Everything's still in the same general locations. They taped out some boxes on the floor to mark off some deadlift spots but that's about it. Weights are weights, it really doesn't matter if the equipment is painted grey or white. Plus, I've used the exact same equipment at other Sport locations in Colorado. In fact, this place is actually smaller and less equipped than some of the other Sport locations I've been to. Always has been just because the building isn't as big as other places.
It's bad enough that 24hr Fitness have been only building Super Sport locations and phasing out all the Sport locations but taking an existing Sport facility and just calling it Super Sport is messed up. Now apparently they're also doing something called "Ultra Sports"...not sure how much more I want to keep supporting a shady money grabbing business like this.
By the way, for people reading the other reviews and wondering about inconsistencies regarding the cleanliness and whatnot, I'm guessing it's cause by general Colorado standards, this place is busy (cause Boulder gyms are busy) so of course there's some side effects of just having more sweaty people come through. By something like California standards, this place is as clean as an operating room. Overall, I think it's a good enough place to get a workout in and like I said, it would have been a 4-5 star review from me had it not been for the crappy business side of things.
Despite the negativity I see in these reviews I found that this gym is a great facility. The locker rooms are clean when I go in, the people at the desk always greet you and acknowledge you as you walk out the door. I have not had anything forced on me, even when I asked about a supplement. The only thing that annoys me is how busy it gets but that is easily remedied by going at a time in which it isn't busy. Oh and the idiots who spend so much time in the squat rack that they should pay rent.
I searched all around Boulder for a gym that could accommodate all of my needs and this was the only one that could do that but at a reasonable price. I can lift, use chalk, have plenty of room to stretch, use the sauna, and never have to wait for equipment. This place is a solid overall gym. It's just a bit too big for my liking.
