I have been going to Clifford Gardner for personal training for a couple months now and have enjoyed every session! Cliff is an excellent trainer with a great knowledge-base and always keeps my workouts interesting and challenging. I highly recommend this location and Cliff as a trainer!!
Great enviroment. Super celan. Never crowded. The most Friendly staff ever. Specially Anthony. I was canceled my membership and at the very last day for me to use the gym he just got me back. He is really profesional, helpful, always in good mood. So the best thing in this gym The front desk people.
I have liked this location more than others ove visited in the Denver area. It's strange that they're now closing at midnight?! The staff I've encountered in the evenings are super friendly. I just wish that they would get new adductor/abductor machines. The machine they have now has been broken for months.
I've been going to the gym for a couple years now however, last night upon going I was informed that they would be closing at 12 am. This is a huge problem for me seeing as though my girlfriend and I work during the day and cannot go usually until around 11 p.m. I'm upset as well because I pay for a 24 hour super sport membership, and this just does not seem worth my money anymore. Very disappointed with the new policy hopefully it changes soon.
Great place to get a good mixed workout. I love the fact that they have a full studio of punching bags and equipment. The rest of the gym is pretty decent on how their equipment is updated constantly.
I gotta give a shout out to Cliff, the Master trainer. He is very well knowledgeable and has a great attitude towards his clients. I did a session of thew hypervolt treatment with Cliff and my shoulder improved dramatically. Also, Daniel was very helpful on situating me into personal training and dieting. So far I've lost 48 pounds on keto and exercise. Good crew at this gym.
For being a super gym and charging the extra money for super, I think they should at least have internet. My phone does not have any signal inside whatsoever but if they at least had wifi I could have some sort of music through wifi.
Ive been going to 24HF for many years (7+) and wanted a change scenery from the gyms I normally go to. So I tried this one out. I wasn't a fan. The associates weren't every friendly or inviting and I really wasn't impressed with the gym at all. I was hoping it would be more like the Parker and Arapahoe location (being a super sport and all) but is wasn't. I don't think I'll be going back.
I've been going to this 24 Hour Fitness location for about 2 years. Is it dirty? Are you likely to see used tampons on the floor of the shower? Used pregnancy tests on the floor of the stall? Homeless people sleeping in the locker rooms? Is the leg press, stationary bike, stair machine or other piece of equipment you wanted to use likely to be broken at least some of the time that you were hoping to use it? Is the pool often closed for reasons you may not want to know about? Will you see signs warning of an outbreak of hoof and mouth disease? Is it possible that you will be asked to leave because the toilets are backing up to the point that emergency utility work has become unavoidable? Is it probable that the front desk will be unmanned early in the morning? Or that the police may arrive to walk the club while you're working out or will be just leaving when you arrive? Do they have towels? Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, and no. But let me remind you of two very important facts: 1. it's in Aurora and 2. the sign on the building says 24 Hour Fitness. It's not in a great neighborhood, although I've never felt unsafe there and it's not a high end health club. But it could be worse, it could be a Planet Fitness on Chicago's south side. Everything that people complain about is true, but not all of these things are true on the same day (well except for the dirty and no towels part). Even the reviewer who was upset by the girl who screams in the middle of the gym at her personal training class had a valid point--she really does make you daydream that their high employee turnover rate will one day apply to her. But I think that her class is only for an hour a day, on weekdays. You can go at another time because most of the time this gym is quiet. Most of the time you don't have to wait for equipment because there are plenty of other machines available. Occasionally you may have to adjust your workout slightly because the leg extension machine is broken and there are only two--work your quads with some sissy squats that day. Most of the time, the people that are in the gym with you are nice and welcoming and encouraging. So, Don't Panic, you can still get in a good workout, just Always Bring Your Towel.

Nice but they charge you for Super Sport. It's not a Super Sport.
I just visited this 24 hour fitness location, never encountered any problems before in 24 hr fitness sites in denver metro area. As soon as signed in here comes a tough guy on the front desk, asking me questions after questions, and he said there is a special memebership requirement for this location while my friend who we signed up together, with same 2 yr membership pass just walked in. I was here yesterday i didnt any problems, but those desk duushes waaw. What a racist recieptionist. I am never going back there again. Very small, low quality, unprofessional staff!! Jaaw.
Passable for a 24 hour fitness, but DEFINITELY NOT a "SuperSport". I live within half a mile of this location and drive to other locations because the equipment here is lacking. No tricep extension machine, no bicep machine, no elliptical without the crosscountry ski poles. This in addition to the towel service provided at ACTUAL SuperSport locations. Not that big a deal to bring your own towel, but all of this combined means that this location is misusing the 24Hour name to overcharge and underserve its clients.

Needs wifi. Good spot if you're looking for a less crowded gym. Benches and dumbbells usually always available. But really needs wifi!
That marissa is rude as hell. She clearly needs to learn about customer service. She is the first thing you see and always has an attitude. Everyone else is nice. There are nicer and bigger gyms. I am shocked this is considered a super Sport
Loved working out with personal trainer Scott. He listened with attentiveness to my personal plight and we worked from there. Will be attending Silver Sneekers class next Wednesday. Nice clean facility and even in the locker rooms. I have to take a train to this location when in reality there are 2 facilities closer. I go to this location to support my friend who has never joined a health club. I an supporting her. This location is close to her.

Not impressed. Front desk woman was super rude when I first signed up. This isn't the closest gym to me, but I sometimes drive further because it's bigger. No towel service. Apparently a bunch of people complain about the sauna so they just put a sign up saying no shoes. I was about to go in and noticed everyone barefoot and was disgusted. No way I'm going in there with no shoes! To the people that complain about people going in with their workout clothes, you're sweating and spreading germs regardless. I would rather be fully clothed than sitting in a bathing suit. Oh well common sense is gone. I will drive down to county line, or better yet probably try a new gym.

Very well maintained, not too busy, and has everything you need.

Decent gym based on amenities: free weights, machines, cardio, racquetball courts, pool, hot tub, classes. But when rating against other super sports, this location is average. The staff is very friendly and would go above and beyond for any guest requests. I live very close to this location ( less than a mile ) but at times I drive about 10 miles to another super sport that is bigger, nicer and cleaner.
This is by far my go-to gym on my way to work. (The other one is the Arapahoe/Parke Super Sport, my weekend go-to gym). I go swimming real early in the morning. The water is warm which I like it to be. The locker rooms have lockers with combination locks. The clientele are for the most part friendly. The big guy who works overnights Tues, Thurs and Friday is super-cool and friendly as well as the tall white kid who works at 6am - early afternoon. My ONLY complaint...the sassy, blonde girl who works at 6am - early afternoon...super snotty and rude. Overall, I love this gym.
Location and facilities are fine, now the staff? Especially the white guy on black thick glasses who is usually at the reception desk, more worried about working out than helping people and answering the most simple questions, give a lot to feel disgusted about this place, they hold personal classes in the middle of the gym blocking the rest of the members from using the equipment, 90% of the "trainers" are rude and extremely unprofessional, I have seen their trainees with the worst form ever, (injuries waiting to happen there) and they are more concerned about the volume of the loud latin music than the people who's paying them.
They. Should fire ALL THE STAFF or take them back to training on customer service and even more importantly how to train people!
Do NOT go here to workout! TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT! They run personal training classes right in the middle of the workout floor BLASTING TERRIBLE SPANISH TECHNO MUSIC. I'm using ALL CAPS to illustrate how LOUD IT IS! I have my noise cancellation headphones on full volume and it still can't drown out the "AYY YAY YAA YAA BOOM BAP BOOM BAP BOOM AYYAAYYAA ESPANOL MUCHA MUCHA AYYAAEE BOOM!" I have emailed the company with complaints, emailed the manager twice, and have complained to the front desk THREE DAYS A WEEK! I'm waiting for the new rec center by my house to finish construction and then I'll be quitting 24 hour fitness FOREVER!
I switched to this gym from the one on chambers. Much better facilities bigger and much cleaner.
Good gym to go to for a workout. Plenty of equipment, pool and sauna. Check-in is easy and staff is always friendly.
Love this place minus no b-ball court or steam room. Very great atmosphere, one of the better 24/hour fitness
Okay, the LOCATION .. right on the RTD Light Rail station. Gotta love that. Tons of parking, friendly staff. Plenty of free weights, machines. Good wet area - but no wet sauna, only the dry sauna here (it's large though). Good whirlpool, 3 lane lap pool was recently drained and cleaned. No towel service here. Shower area is filthy (par for the course with 24-Hour). Smoothie bar service and smoothies were excellent!
a lot of space to work out. would be nice if there were complementary towels.
This place is amazing!!! First there GM gave me a warm welcome and extensive tour of the facility. Then i set up the consultation with David. When i showed for my consultation i was really sore and having back pain. David who is well educated and professional did a type of deep tissue massage or some magic i think because i felt phenomenal afterword. Also I've been to several of these gyms lately and this is by far the cleanest. I recommend this place and give it 5 stars.
