The fire people for following the rules. They would rather let costumers with over 100$ in back due payments in , than keep an employee who's trying to follow the rules and get the members to pay off their bills. Alot of them speak Spanish and they talk bad about other employees and the costumers all the time. They even take personal information about costumers to make fun of them or make their profile for their entertainment. The MANAGER goes out and smokes weed with his EMPLOYEES while they are on the clock.

Very nice place and lots of amenities to use and nice staff and very clean facility. Wish they had a pool would make it extra special.

They NEVER answer their phone. Every time I have tried to call them to fix something on my account and they never answer. I have called at least 5 or 6 times, each time the phone rings for a good 15 minutes and they wont answer.

This is a fun little place to workout. The staff is super friendly and I never feel intimidated. They are always offering fun little perks like pizza, bagels, discounts on athletic shoes, trial offers to headspace and free phones. My favorite is their most recent one. You can submit a New Years wish which is typed up and shredded into confetti for the New Years celebration on Times Square - what other gym does that ???

This gym keeps you motivated with your workouts, every time youneneternthe gym you get a positive energy, staffs are super awesome except few. The equipments are great, user friendly which makes it difficult for causing any type of injuries. I have been going for last few years here and recommend a ton of people. Love this place..

Worst customer service ever. My daughter just Moved to Aurora and wanted to transfer accounts from Vegas because her husband left for the Army. Went into this place and was told She would have to cancel and pay $60 fee then restart membership and pay more fees which would have been over $100. I was told because it is private owned they would not help us. We ask to speak to manager and both of the boys told us she would not help us or be able to do anything so they would not get her.They would not even look up my daughters account or anything. He just keep saying there is NOTHING WE CAN DO NOT HELP YOU!!! She gave her the phone numbers but he still refused to do anything!!We ask to speak to owner because he said it was the owner that did not allow transfer memberships between franchise. Well I hope no military personnel or family members try to go to this location because you will not be appreciative of your service.

Pretty good gym for the price. There aren't many gyms close to my house, so the location is excellent. The staff are pretty nice on the whole. My main issue is the place is very large and crowded, which can be a turn off for many. Also, some of the machines are a bit older and will have additional resistance beyond the weights. But that's only a few. Otherwise, it's hands down the best gym for the price.

Place is great. Never busy whenever I go. Everyone is welcome and friendly, from the super buff to those trying to lose a few pounds. Facilities are always in tip top shape. I'd live here if I could.

I'm so depressed, I got gym-intiminated by a local girl, we are not all perfect bodies but according to the commercials and all the Bulletin boards posted in the gym, I thought I could come here to dodge the gym rats and not be gym-intiminated,
very depressed how the local cheap look at me I the mirror people treat it as a 24 hour fitness gym,
please management.... help us "Trying to make our lives better people!" feel ok to come here again, how do these gym-edicate people have a place here and make us feel this way?.....

If I had came here first, I wouldn't be a PF member! Soooo many broken machines, rule violations, and staff that are never at the desk when you need them; some are also rude! Could be cleaner.
Like my home gym WAAAAAY more!

The place is so great; I love the fact that they have body soap in the shower which a lot of other place does have. The space is so big.BUT BUT BUT, I personally think this place needs more free weight equipments. More weight that I can freely test my muscles strength with.

The Mississippi and Potomac location is the best around. Very clean. Well maintained equipment and friendly staff. What more do you want.

Update June 2018. The manual machine was fixed in May took a couple of months. Checked out other gyms, like this one despite some issues. Like the TV setup compared to other gyms. Also right off the highway can zip in and out. Nice open area. Plenty of exercise machines, however some are out of order. Update Feb 2018, even more equipment is out of order half the treadmills weren't working. Some other equipment down as well. Asked the girl at the counter when they would be fixed, she said the electricity went out?? Then I said there's manual equipment in the Abs area out too, she said no there isn't, I said yes there is a sign has been on it (for three weeks) I know I use that equipment when it works. Then another person came to the counter and basically dissed me.

Quit complaining and workout. It's only $10. No gym is perfect. Does get pretty busy after 5, so expect a wait on most machines after that point. After 9pm, I notice it dies down a little bit.
Update: Still going here strong! Started going in the morning and it is pretty empty around 4:30 AM. The morning staff are GREAT and greet people every morning. Location is always clean.

I have a really nice work out every time I come to planet fitness in Aurora CO. The staff are very pleasant, courteous and a good mood. Hunter is always available and very friendly too.
I'll recommend this planet fitness to anyone from Aurora CO or out of town people.

Super clean gym, friendly staff, and more than plenty of equipment! Had some issues from another Planet Fitness with billing and Megan went above and beyond to help me out. Recommend this location to anyone wanting a quality experience in the area.

I frequently use another facility, although Aurora is my home gym, sometimes it is more convenient to visit the Chambers/Green Valley Ranch location - which I find highly unfavorable. I look forward to my training days at my home gym where I feel welcome, at home, clean and comfortable EACH AND EVERY TIME!

This facility has everything you need for your basic gym needs and a little extra. The overall vibe of the people here is great too. No one is trying to show off or to ogle at you, but at the same time everyone is very friendly and polite. Due to that and the price of a membership its a 5 star in my eyes.

I have had a really bad experience which I hope for no one, rude staff Alex D manager of the place has really poor customer service skills especially it being such a huge company. Would not do anything to answer my questions properly, kept talking over me, poor listening skills, sounds like she hates being apart of the establishment , called me a liar which I was very shocked to ever hear from a employee of a growing company. PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE. Don't lower yourself by paying 10$ to be unappreciated, not respected or given good customer service to. I'm very disappointed at a company this big. I feel taken advantage of main reason is that no mater what you spend good service should always be applied. Hope this helps. Please google aurora planet fitness reviews. Alot of negative real reviews. I'm shocked writing this review of how I was treated and embarrassed I can't stop thinking about it for main reason of how big the company is. Wow wow wow. Hopfully they educate staff members how to use customer service skills. BEWARE spend your money where you get most out of it especially good service

Nice gym, friendly staff, and the equipment looks nice. Sometimes it'll go out, but they repair their equipment more regularly than other gyms I've seen. Only 10 bucks and its 24 hours. Haven't seen free pizza yet, but i don't go on Mondays and i don't go to the gym to eat pizza. I wish they had more free weights and a non cable bench/squatrack but honestly still 4.7/5.

A wide variety of machines makes a trip productive, but there seems that things could improve with a focus on the more popular machines. Similar to how there's seemingly not much of an issue ever with available jogging.
This way when things get populated it won't affect the routine as much.

I've been to a few locations and like this one the best. They provide you with towels and the staff is always cleaning the place. Slower in the mornings.

I have been seeing a lot of mixed reviews! I just started going to this location about a month ago. my last location was newer, definitely no complaints! but the equipment here is way better! seems to be nicer and new machines. I haven't gone during peak hours, but there's usually a good flow of people. I haven't had any interaction with the staff other than checking in. I switched online to make it my home location. it said I would have to sign new paperwork and get a new key tag, but when I checked in and asked, they said everything was okay. I'll definitely write here if anything changes, but so far, I love this location!!
