I would recommend this to anyone looking to get a great cardio workout in an hour. I used to do my cardio on the treadmill and elliptical but nothing can compare to this type of workout.... more

Great staff, clean facilities and a killer workout! After my first class I was sore for days, but I still came back as soon as I could for round 2. Every instructor has a different style, and it's interesting to find what works best for you while also being able to work at your own pace.... more

This place is awesome. I went there for the first time last Wednesday to the 7:30pm class. The people that work there are friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The instructor took the time to walk around the room and give everyone tips to help them out.... more

First time there and I felt like the instructor needed a routine we were free lancing and in order for customers to become clients we need to see and feel improvement pls have instructors work on their routine and music arrangement.... more
CKO workouts are great, they are intense and super efficient when consistent however Bayridge site is falling apart. I was super disappointed after being a member for over 2 years that when my work scheduled changed and I couldn't keep up with the class schedule nor payments, cko bayridge was not willing to close my account.... more
