I have been coming here since Zumba moved to this location. It's a great dance workout that challenges me, but at the same time I can stay with it. Poncho keeps it fun with a great song selection, I'm never bored. The hour flies by and I feel energized!

Mandie, one of the "instructors" at Zumba Fitness in Yuba City, was driving recklessly through town in her Zumba Fitness Flex. She cut me off and almost crashed into us TWICE while I had a child in the passenger seat! If her "professional" life is anything like her driving life, she will mistreat customers without a second thought. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WOMAN. She is a disgrace to her company as well the working class. She needs have her license restricted!!

The instructors really know how to get you moving and make you sweat. Doesn't even feel like your excersising.
