I love this gym! Like many other older, gym-going newbies, I was very intimidated about joining a gym. Thoughts such as "what if I can't do it?" or "will I pass out?" floated in my brain. But the fantastic trainers at Access Change alleviated those fears. The trainers are very accommodating to your fitness ability and to any sort of physical ailments you might have (unfortunately as we get older, more body parts start aching for unknown reasons.) My daughter and I have been going to classes together and we both get great workouts, even though we are at much different fitness levels. The trainers are great at modifying the exercises for each of us.

So the trainers are the main reason I love this gym; they're so friendly and knowledgeable. But the flexibility of the class schedule comes a close second. The classes run for 30 minutes each, on the half hour, alternating between 30 minute strengthening and 30 minute conditioning. So you can go for 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, or 240 minutes, depending on your schedule. I love that if I can't make a 6:00 am class (which truthfully I have never made it to) I can make the 8:00 am class.

I know I have become stronger and much more conditioned because of this fantastic gym. It is hard to get motivated to workout, because there's always something else that has to be done, but Access Change, with its great trainers and flexible classes makes it so much easier to get and stay motivated. Give it a try. You'll love it!

Where do I begin? The facility and equipment are top notch. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My trainer totally listened to my goals and works with me to help me reach my goals. The group sessions are fun and effective. I cannot say enough good things about Access Change. I highly recommend it for people taking the first step in working out and for seasoned gym rats. It is great!

I love Access Change Fitness and cannot recommend it enough! I'm a college student who attended Access Change for the month I was home from school. I was already a very active person before starting at the gym, but by the end of the month of training I felt stronger than I have ever felt before.

The trainers are so encouraging and positive and yet they always pushed me to work harder and give more. Additionally, they are so knowledgeable about nutrition and proper injury prevention/treatment, which has been great for my constant running injuries. The trainers always challenged me with the workouts (which is something I would not do on my own) and it has paid off big time. In the span of one month I've become noticeably stronger and faster. The mix between the half hour of strength training and the half hour of Speed/Conditioning really kept me on my toes and always offered a total body workout.

Great people, great gym!

The trainers truly care about your heath and well-being. They will coach you through whatever goals you have. And the members are always uplifting and motivational. It's like a huge family. So glad to be apart of it.
