Great Zumba class with Reubon Erique. Excellent place to meet more friends and exchange fitness tips for healthy lifestyle.
CONS-Considering where this gym is located, it's a real disappointment. I workout in various 24hrs in the West San Fernando Valley 24's and this one is the most neglected by their staff. Most papertowel dispensers empty on the workout floor. Out of last 20 visits, once I was able to find a spray bottle to wipe equipment, as it is apparent by the stained machines. This also goes for the men's restroom, which by the way is so small, and crowded..no thought in design. Gyms usually crowded, which makes a neglected gym a mess. Machine weight equipment selection is weak, with more emphasises on free weights, but that's a preference thing and I don't count against the gym. Last, parking 2 hrs free and if you plan on going longer you have to pay. Pros-I go here because I like the selection of cardio machine and never had an issue getting on one. I LOVE the layout of cardio facing windows out (scenery great) whereas many other gyms have them facing inward with workout area, and everyone looking at each other. Last, when you leave the gym you have a wonderful plaza of activity.
I was in this club two years ago. It was very clean. Now is the horror. Very dirty . The temperature thermostat is broken in the sauna. The sauna is very dirty. Everyone comes in shoes. There is a very small stream of water in the taps, the club management closed the water, they save money. Boxes for clothes are very dirty. I will never return to this club. I do not recommend anyone
The staff is very friendly. I recently sat down with one of the managers Chris. Chris is very polite and professional and articulate. The staff works very hard to make sure guests have towels. Quite a job when about 3000 members walk in daily!

I want to love this gym but it is genuinely quite dirty. The equipment isn't the worst of it; the floors, water fountains, locker rooms, and hot tub will leave a bad taste in your mouth. A large selection of equipment, the excellent outdoor crossfit/TRX/turf area, and the convenient hours make up for the grungy facilities, which I just try not to look at. The desk staff is always very friendly as I come and go as well.
The Local Gym spot. The main Gym area is on the third floor, with a beautiful view of Topanga and the Village Mall. There is also a full Pool, Spa, and steam room.
The trainers are great, although a bit overpriced. Make sure to sign up for your training at the same time as you sign up for the gym so you get the lower price.
The best gym ever by far. I am not a meat head or anything like that but I definitely enjoy lifiting weight and doing my best to live a healthy lifestyle. They have updated equipment, offer special classes every night and morning. They have personal trainers always there to help train you (for an additional charge). The environment is boosting with energy to keep helping you get through your workout. Never too busy but never empty as well which allows you to get from machine to machine without waiting to long. The BEST GYM EVER!!!

Awesome location...usually pretty clean, everything is new, and everything usually works. My biggest complaint is the fact that it's called 24 HOUR (
I have experienced multiple times now, they don't keep their restrooms properly stocked with essential items like toilet paper, or clean during peak hours. Often when using the restroom, they are out of supplies. Secondly, they pipe in only one kind of music, at this club, which is a jungle, gang rap, at least during the hours I go. When I brought this up with staff and/or management, multiple times now, they insist that's what their corporate office sets to be played, and they can not change it. I explained, not everyone is into this one style of music, which a third of the songs sound offensive. As if that's what all of their customers want to hear while in this gym. I go to a variety of 24 hour fitness clubs, all over, and this one is the worst for it being in your face annoyingly loud.. No diversification. I asked, if you won't diversify the music, so a variety of music is being played, to please just turn it down. Honestly, I don't go to the gym to listen to what music they or their corporate office seems to think I or everyone else wants to hear. Again, just keep it way down, and this becomes a mute topic.
My mom is a regular at this gym and decided to show me the place to see if I want to sign up myself. An employee named Rachel at the front desk in essence misled us into thinking that I'm allowed to see the facility myself as long as I signed in as a guest on their computer. After a lengthy guest sign up, we were stopped by another employee upon walking into the facility. The manager of the place (tall tan guy with dark hair/blue eyes) subsequently refused to allow me to see the gym as a guest despite the inaccurate instructions Rachel had given us earlier and even repeatedly interrupted and contradicted me when I attempted to explain the situation to him. Apparently I was not allowed to see the gym myself because that's against their policy, which is fine, however that leaves me confused why Rachel had told us otherwise.
I should emphasize that I called the facility a few minutes after leaving to get the name of the manager for the purposes of this review. Rachel answered the phone and confirmed to me that she was the same employee with whom I had spoken earlier that day. After explaining that I'd like the name of the manager for my Yelp review, she quickly claimed that she wasn't Rachel and immediately unabashedly hung up the phone. In addition, since my mom was still in the gym at this time, she approached the front desk to clarify the name of said manager (he was wearing his name tag a few minutes prior). However, he knowingly removed his name tag in front of her and refused to give his name to avoid being mentioned in this review.
I have never experienced such blatantly incompetent customer service. Needless to say, the unprofessional and sophomoric employee and patronizing manager were all I needed to see to know this isn't the gym for me. Corporate will be receiving a call.
Good: Clean, one of the newer 24 fitness gyms in the area. Towels always on hand, most equipment is in good working order.
Bad: Parking limited, it can get crowded beginning of the week.
I'm not a big fan of calling people out but the manager (Shay) knew my friend didn't have his ID with him and my ID was from out of state, but instead of letting us leave he made us think we could still use our 3 day pass. He did all this so his employee could give us a tour and so he could practice his sales pitch. On the bright side we purchased a membership at Anytime Fitness!! Highly recommend the staff at Anytime, after all you have to feel comfortable where you train.
Leland was awesome. She gave my kids balloons. Nice kids club staff as well. Bathrooms however are filthy 50% of the time.
I love how entitled people around here feel. Complaining about no WiFi? Lmao. Silly. This gym is awesome. Obviously, going during peak times will create the possibility of not finding weights. I go during non peak and it's fine. Yes, a little more cleaning would help and I think that would be limited if people that don't have memberships weren't allowed in. Love the views

Equipment is always clean, the staff are polite and always say hello when I enter, and I often see staff putting weights and other equipment items back in place when no one is using them. No problems with this place. It's very busy during after-work hours, so if you don't want to wait around for equipment, then plan to go at a less busy time like mornings or later in the evening.
My fiance and I have been a members for 6 months. I got the membership first and then we added her to it. I was told that I could cancel her account no questions asked if she didn't use it. Honestly I don't go that often reason being that its always so BUSY and I find it a waste of time to wait in line to use dumb bells. My fiance goes even less than I do so we put a freeze on her account 4 months ago because their was never a GM available to do so when I went in, and accidentally the staff member froze my account instead of hers. I went in today to try and clear up the issue and finally met the GM "MARCO", who basically told me theirs nothing he could do about, even though it was his employees mistake. I will just have to pay the extra $200 for five more months because my account was incidentally frozen. After trying to convince him in a very calm manner I finally told him that all I could do is never recommend it to any future clients, patients, friends, family, or anyone who's reading this post. After I said that he gave me a death stare like he was about to swing on me at any moment. I walked out feeling threatened, and robbed. MARCO is one of the least understanding people I have ever met. He was quick to shut the door in my face and THREATENED me with assaulting body language. I am still a paying member fees but I will never ever return 1. for my own personal SAFETY and 2. for dissatisfaction. Please don't sign up for a membership here their are plenty of other gyms that will own up their mistakes and treat you like a HUMAN.
Gym location is excellent, nice views from the second floor. However, this gym is extremely dirty and disorganized. Bathroom smells bad, weights are almost always difficult to find. Seems like the management is not very concerned with hygiene. It's weird because I do see a lot of employees in red shirts just standing around for hours. They could use that time make their members lives a little easier by organizing the weights etc. Again this is not their fault, I blame the management of this place. This is suppose to be the "Super Sport Club" which is a step up from their regular clubs, utterly disappointing. Anyhow, i was putting up with all of this for the last few months because this gym is across the street from my home. I reached a tipping point this week when I was asked to pay an "Annual Fee" of $50/Yr for "maintenance" on top of my monthly $40/month. I wouldn't mind paying the extra $50/yr fee for maintenance if they actually kept the gym clean. There was no way for me to rationalize this so I have decided to cancel my membership. Thank You.
I love the facility at the new 24 hour. There equipment is always clean and I particularly love the sauna and steam room as well as the indoor basketball court
Although this is not the most people friendly person (and I'm talking about the staff that don't even bother saying hello to you when you walk in) I really like coming here. The locker room is clean, the equipment is always working, and it has a nice view of the street (where the elliptical equipment is located). Located on 3 different floors, they offer a pool, sauna, and a large selection of equipment. It's also conveniently located in side of the mall, so you can always find a good place to dine afterwords. They validate the parking for 3 hours, so you should be good. (plus you can stop by at Costco across the parking lot afterwords :))
