It's easy to get stuck in a routine or lose motivation, but with GIT that's never the case! I love it! I always feel challenged, motivated, and love seeing great results. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and personable, and make sure to modify any activity to work around injuries, etc. I love that it's never the same workout, and with interval training I actually really enjoy working out. I get my cardio, strength, etc all in one, and I feel accomplished after. It's also very unique how much of a community there is at GIT. Everyone is positive and welcoming, and I fell right into place. I love being connected to a group, and I always look forward to my next workout.
