very clean, spotless, excellent variety of equipment, weights, pool, spa, steam, locker room, daycare, trainers, classes, price, hours, parking, staff availability to help, staff friendliness, rewards for frequency of use, locker room facilities. Great club for the price. Why go anywhere else? Love this place. And TV's galore! What more do you want?
We (my family and I) absolutely love the entire staff at the Woodland gym. Everyone is friendly, helpful and always there to lend a hand. With my medical limitations at the moment I can only use the pool for therapy and the instructors are fantastic in the classes. Margie is exceptionally helpful to my needs and such a good inspiration and cheerleader. Justin is the person we first met and joined us up. He's still there everyday cheering me on and again always offering to help.This place is wonderful in the sense you dont feel like its a competition of any kind. It doesnt matter your shape or size, everyone is treated equally and with respect. I wish i could name everyone for you but that would take some time. Thats why i just close in saying EVERYONE at Woodland ROCKS!
Love the gentle Yin Yoga class. Tina and Liza are especially wonderful, though all the staff have been helpful. Enjoy the pool, steam room and dry sauna room.
It's a clean place to relax!

I love this gym! Plenty of classes, clean. Nice people. Pool are small but nice. Locker rooms clean and modern. I like private changing rooms too.

Isabel was absolutely amazing. I was in desperate need of a phone charger when my phone had died and my car was also malfunctioning. However she was ready with it for me. She went above and beyond her duties for me. Thank you isabel!

Decent gym--not too fancy but has most everything you need to get a good workout. Wife says yoga is spotty with good classes offered only sporadically.

Great local gym with all the amenities including child care for a flat rate per month!
The very nice staff allowed me a couple weeks to see if I like the gym before switching over officially. It seems very nice. Plenty of eye candy, even during their renovations, which look like they'll be great, once complete. New, easy parking garage across the street. Cheaper then 24 Hour Fitness. Gotta bring BF your own towels, but no biggie.
But yeah, if you wanna be around the pretty porn stars, go here.

Unbelievably clean, many machines, nice 3 lane indoor pool for walking therapy, 25 yards, 4.5 ft. Deep, friendly and plentiful staff and free for Silver and Fit and Silver Sneakers members. Joined.

Trainers in the morning are fantastic! Angel, Toney, Gabey & Nick. They are all very motivating with there workouts. I have seen great progress in myself thanks to them. The front Desk Jackie & Deborah are super friendly and engaging

They both are top notch employees who go out of their way to greet you. Jeremy blew me away with his personal training techniques. 5 star review all the way.

The gym has a stench as soon as you walk through the door and the setup doesn't really give it much of motivating vibe at all.
