Awesome place to workout. I've tried many other workout places, but ASC focused more on what I was looking for and that's building strength while not losing conditioning. Trainers allow you to go at your own pace but encourage you, they take the time to walk you through an exercise or make corrections if needed, and GREAT air conditioning..Amazing and knowledgeable instructors! Great workouts! Fun music! Seeing results and loving it! Thanks!.... more

By far the cleanest gym I've been to. The staff are very helpful and atmosphere is very relaxed..Always clean. Friendly staff. Lots of machines so I never really have to wait..KHOW is excellent for this establishment other staff too.... more
extremely hot inside. im not that out of shape but it was hard for me to play here..Dirty Floors. Both my kids suffered injuries from slipping on the dust. Hopefully someone with some cash will open a fresh new basketball facility here! Kobe? D Fisher?.... more
Nice and friendly staff. Especially the managers. Been my go-to for the longest time due to convenience and my ability to go in and out to do what I needed to do. Sometimes, it's a bit crowded and sometimes it's a bit dirty/unorganized due to other bad gym attendees but it's good 4 out of 5 times.... more
