Trainers allow you to go at your own pace but encourage you, they take the time to walk you through an exercise or make corrections if needed, and GREAT air conditioning.. Amazing and knowledgeable instructors! Great workouts! Fun music! Seeing results and loving it! Thanks!... more
It not worth for spending $500 for 6 weeks. Plus around $500 paying for nutrition stuff... Total $1000. And if you miss one of their rule, you get nothing back, even can not be a membership for a year.... more
By far the cleanest gym I've been to. The staff are very helpful and atmosphere is very relaxed.. Always clean. Friendly staff. Lots of machines so I never really have to wait.... more

extremely hot inside. im not that out of shape but it was hard for me to play here.. Dirty Floors. Both my kids suffered injuries from slipping on the dust. Hopefully someone with some cash will open a fresh new basketball facility here! Kobe? D Fisher?... more
