Best Crossfit gym ever! Coach Rosario and the crew are friendly, welcoming, and work with people of all skill levels. The gym is large, well-maintained, and filled with the latest equipment.
I take my 16-year-old here as well. He had never worked out in his life when he started, and over the past two years they have worked very hard with him to build his skill and strength. I am so grateful for the sense of community that this gym brings to our lives!

We had an association meeting at this location. While I was not there to work out, I can tell you they have lots of heavy-duty equipment there and padded floors restrooms and a nice space large enough for multiple workouts at the same time or large groups of people working out together.
This location is not easily visible from the street, you kind of have to know it is there. It is in an industrial area and does not face the street. It is behind some manufacturing place.

Cool place but not to work out. Had a reception there for my nephew wedding. overall great place had nice machine and pull up bars.

Love, love, love, the facility is awesome! The people are super welcoming and coaches work super hard to get you moving and help with correct form. It was super easy for me to join and stay comitted.
