Nice and friendly staff. Especially the managers. Been my go-to for the longest time due to convenience and my ability to go in and out to do what I needed to do.
Sometimes, it's a bit crowded and sometimes it's a bit dirty/unorganized due to other bad gym attendees but it's good 4 out of 5 times. We could use an extra bar for deadlifting purposes but other than that, you can't really complain.
It's a small gym and you can get what you need from it with metered expectations.

Old, outdated, broken equipment. Lockers are even worse. Employees were just sitting around talking. You could probably just walk in right by and they won't notice.

Worst 24 hour fitness ever. My brother has been a loyal member of 24 for 10 years, he moved to grants pass, or. , 3 months before this trip, there being no 24 hour fitness in GP. He let his membership lapse.
He went to this 24 asked for a guess pass, mind you 10 year loyal member they can pull up his membership.
He requests a guest pass, they deny him. So he goes online gets a guest pass. They deny him again. Tell him the only way he can get in is if he purchases a new membership. If there was a 24 withi. 50 miles of where he lived he never would of let his membership lapse.
This is how loyalty is repaid through 24 hour fitness.

This place has such a bad service. I think the owner of 24-hr fitness should re-train the employees about customer service. My cousin has recommended me a long time ago to try out CHUZE fitness. But since I used to be 24-hr membership, so I was very reluctant to try out new fitness places. Yesterday I took my grandma & mom to 24hr fitness in hope that they would like the place so I could sign up for myself again and them. The 2 Vietnamese ladies there were so rude to us. She made us to go back home to get my mom's ID & made me register by myself. A lot of questions from the computer were not even relevant but I had to answer them myself. She asked me, "Are you reading the questions?" I said, "No". Then, she told us 3-day free passes are for new customers only; that meant I could not join my grandma and mom? If I was not coming to this place, who would bring them here??? Why this place is so cheap??? Why is she acting like she owns the place?
We were disappointed and decided to give Chuze a try; it's next to Westminster Mall. This place is also the same distance from my house to 24-hr fitness. It's very clean, well-ventilated and has great customer service! Chuze gives out free 7-days pass to try out and the guy registered us very quickly. There are a lot of new equipments. At the end of work-out day, we all decided that we will sign up with Chuze fitness and would never come back to 24-hr fitness again. I'm glad that my grandma and mom love Chuze, so we all would start working out to stay fit & healthy. I would highly recommend people to give Chuze Fitness a try! Thank you for reading my post.

It's a bit cramped and The sauna has been out of service for over a month. The staff is nice though.

Staff and people are super nice. Love the yoga teacher. Great yoga class! I don't know if the gym is just really old or if the floors are actually that grimy in the locker rooms. I was going to shower but quickly passed after seeing the black, grimy floors and no shower doors or curtains.

The bathrooms are poorly maintained, the weight room smells like the bathroom on its best day and it's always overly crowded. Too many people in such a small location.

There is an aroma to this joint that smells dangerous, perhaps centered in the general locker room area and so it's undoubtably shared by both the woman's & men's facilities.
This should not be ignored, although it has reached the point of "Holy cow, Batman...that's rank stank worse than moo poo!"
If you need a visual, just imagine 2 of every 3 members coming in to workout holding their gym bag in one hand, while holding their nose with the other.
Corporate must be moved to refurbish this location at once...before the reviews here suggesting for folks to avoid this sewerpot take root forcing it to close.
We need one of our Gyms here in Westminister, so let's all beat the backs, the brows & the bottoms of the bums at Corporate to get their attention aroused enough to rebuild this location into at least a Sport design going forward, okay?

Staff was friendly - I am in town for couple of weeks and they had no suitable deals. Recommendation was to sign up for a 3 month deal and get 50% refund towards end of 2 weeks. And initiation fee. The other option was day rate of $15/d. I found a better deal a mile away from here at ChuzeFitness.
I have been to several countries and most franchise gyms are quite flexible with visitors..unlike this one.

Worst 24 I ever visited. Never again. Crowded with no gym etiquette by the majority of users. During my entire workout one guy sat on the same hammer strength machine the entire time. There is not enough equipment. Only one flat bench and no decline bench that I could find.

If you are looking for a short-term gym. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE! Lots of fees and add on items (NOT EXPLAINED UPFRONT).

Mgmt is great and helpful. However, the jacuzzi area is nasty. I travel and visit a lot of 24hr. The jacuzzi area is the worst I've ever seen. The locker and shower is not much better. I was afraid I might catch something. The place needs a serious remodel or should be razed.

The managers and staff always provided me with exceptional service! I went to the branch in June to freeze my account due to military training and noticed that there were technical difficulties that morning. 4 months later, I realized that I was still getting charged. Skeptical about getting my refund, I called and Amy (Manager) took care of me. She didn't hastle me or ask a million questions, she just said have a safe deployment and expect a full 4 months refund in a couple of days. My total experience with this branch is worth 10 stars.

Weight Lifters Beware:
I went to this gym because I was meeting someone for dinner afterwards and it was on the way. You walk in and there are tons of treadmills. I walked to the left and passed the treadmills and came into this very small area shaped like a rectangle with a decent amount of nautilus machines. I went back to the front to ask where the bench press was for free weight bench press. I was shocked when the guy said they only had one. The 24 I go to in South Orange County is smaller and has 3 or 4 bench presses.
Bottom line, this place is 75% cardio, 20% nautilus, and 5% free weights (if that). The machines are always taken and I had to wait. Keep in mind this was 3:20PM on a Tuesday. I can't imagine what it would be like at 5PM after everyone was getting off work and getting to the gym. I never have to wait at my 24 hour fitness and mine is an active too. I will never go here again even if I have to miss a day of working out...
