They have amazing young trainers that go out of their way to give you tips and suggestions of how to be healthy and really encourage you and do your best at every work out session. I was thin but not fit, and because of them, I'm now very fit. I'm happy that they have 5am work out sessions with the trainers. If you go to a regular gym, most workout classes don't begin until 6:30 or 7 and if you have to be at work early, that's annoying. And you can be out of Fit Body within 45 minutes. It's kind of like an intense circuit. I don't feel like I can ever conquer it and so it challenges me every day. I've gone from only being able to do one push up to being able to do 20.
