I was loyal to this gym for about five years. For years I would come early in the morning between 2 - 3 AM multiple times a week. I didn't complain once about broken machines or when the pool was dirty or the occasionally gross bathrooms or the plethora of other problems I encountered here. All I wanted was a place where I could work out early in the morning at that specific time and that's what this gym provided me so I was happy to come here. Unfortunately the awful decision was made to change the hours so now it's no longer open during the times that I've been working out for years. There were loyal patrons like me who were screwed by this change. Needless to say I've found another gym and have left this place in my dust. Goodbye 24 Hour Fitness, thanks for the memories.

No problems with any staff or people but the equipment is lacking. Bottom floor has so much open space that is underutilized.

Staff is mostly kind, overall at the kids club. Facilities are subpar, to say the least; old equipment, 3 out of 4 pulleys out of order, along with a bunch of other machines that have been out for months. Locker room is really nasty and showers NEVER have body wash...and of course some of them are out of order, for months as well. Let's not mention the spa...I am beyond disappointed with this place. If it wasn't for my kid that loves the kids club, I would definitely terminate my membership.

Very friendly staff, informative and helpful. Shane and Craig both great dudes helped
Me out a ton. Ricky and Robert also very helpful in putting everything together for me. Kyle is a great personal trainer I highly recommend him, very friendly and smart dude. Equipment is really really good, friendly and helpful customers around you, great locker room, showers, jacuzzi, etc.. everything you need to get your workout on and feel comfortable. This is definitely my go-to-gym from now on

Equipment is really really good, friendly and helpful customers around you, great locker room, showers, jacuzzi, etc.. everything you need to get your workout on and feel comfortable. This is definitely my go-to-gym from now on

I have been a member here for years now and have only seen the upkeep continue to decline. Every surface throughout the entire place makes you want to cringe and rush to wash up after touching it. Very disappointed that a capable company like this can't be bothered to maintain even basic cleanliness. Searching for a new place to workout, only stayed so long be because of it's location.

I love Jasmine and her TC 24 class. It's so much fun, she's super cool and makes sure to challenge you but also keep you at your appropriate fitness level. I feel stronger and healthier.

Great location especially to hit your routine before or after work located right off the freeway on sycamore avenue. Occasional equipment repairs but the gym is less populated than most of the other 24 hour locations allowing ease of access to get in and out in a timely manner. Dedicated trainers with the leader skills to help reach your goals if you are one in need of assistance in workout ideas and specific goals reached.

I live in between two 24 Hour Fitness locations. For some reason, I call this my "home" gym. I guess I just like the layout. Nice equipment, hot tub, pool, saunas (dry and steam), fitness trainers, apparel and food sales, etc. My only rain for missing a star is just the needed upkeep of the locker rooms as far as cleanliness is concerned.

For sport level, this gym a lot cleaner and better organization. Equipment are fairly new and usable. I like the layout, Cardio, Training, weight area and pool are totally separated. I stopping by this morning when I visit to Vista, all things work. I am not judging and service and employees. But this gym is generally nice and easy to work out. Good parking available not need to fight with neighboring shops.

Terrible Service DO NOT WASTE your time !!!! they rip you off and employees are never helpful and very dirty place! Went to planet fitness across the street a lot cheaper and cleaner !

Wow! NEVER let this outfit get your credit card or access to your personal information. They will use it to obtain money and then they will NOT EVER refund a dime!
I stupidly signed up for multiple PT sessions to obtain a lower rate. But when I learned that I could obtain better quality training for about half that rate, I quit the club and asked for refund of the unused portion of the money I paid in advance. FAT CHANCE! It took two weeks of almost continuous calling to finally learn that 24 Hour Fitness at every level has the policy of NEVER REFUNDING A DIME to anyone for anything.
They are all smiles and handshakes while recruiting a new member and selling new services, but they aren't so friendly when the same man or woman wants a refund. BEWARE!!!

Really nice gym with spacious workout areas, assorted array of equipment that's in good condition, and well kept appearance compared to some other 24 Hr gyms I've been to.

First time at 24 Hour Fitness EVER. Had high hopes. Walked in with a 3 day guest pass I got online and they brought me to the side and made me pay $20 in cash for 1 day. Had I not been with my friend, who has had a gym membership here for years, I would of walked out. 20 Dollars for 45 minute workout. I cut my losses and will not pursue this gym period.

Update: Management does not repair machines! A good percent are broken. Do not join this gym.! They will not address any complaints about the state of the equipment.
The equipment is not being maintained. Just about every machine has an issue. It's a waste of time to go from machine to machine to find one that works. Find another gym.

Love this location! It has much to offer and a wide range of equipment than others in the area! And Erick was such a great help. He answered all of my questions. Definitely suggest speaking with him!

I feel like everytimeI come here there is more equipment that has fallen apart than actually working. I've been coming here for years, and I have just watched this place crumble. I keep hoping this place is going to get better. I keep holding my breath without any sign of hope. Soon I might have expand my options when it comes to gyms.

Terrible customer service. Kelly, the assistant sales manager, is severely lacking in customer service skills. Because of her rude attitude and unwillingness to help, she lost a 2 year membership for the company. If this how they treat a prospective customer, how do they treat members? Only good thing was that the Sales rep Abe was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when confronted about how she handled the situation, she tried to blame Abe. Moving on to LA Fitness due to crappy customer service from management.
