I like the indoor and outdoor pools. Very clean. Friendly staff. Regular people work there, not just a bunch of muscle heads. The staff is like you and me. We are all just looking for a safe place to work out.
Been a member for years now but what I've noticed is that the staff isn't consistent with opening time. I only had an hour to workout before heading to work today. There were like 15other people outside. 20min waiting to see if they would open. Nothing. So I just decided to go to my back up gym instead. They're open 24/7 everyday(PF). Never fails. Nice work Inshape.

It would be 5 stars if they had a masseuse on staff, other then that they're way better than the other locations. And they do have a hydro massage machine, which is ok.
You guys really need to reopen a third location. Freeweight sections are way too small for the capacity
I have the best trainer!! The facilities are clean, the staff is professional, they have all the essentials for a good health club, and the price is right. Going on my 2nd year with my trainer. He's very knowledgeable and has helped me immensely! I would definitely recommend!!

Good equipment and classes, but they need to make sure to get broken equipment up and running faster.

The new remodel kind of sucks. The gym has awesome machines, four "pools, a sauna, and a steam room; it's gotten so much busier since the closed the other one in town!

The environment here at this gym is uplifting. The ladies locker room is comfortable with a welcoming lounge area with a TV. The pool area is well designed, and the kids shallow end adorable with a purple mushroom waterfall. The trainers are exceptional; I've noticed that. The manager, Amanda, takes into account any concerns and quickly resolves any issue or concern you may have.

I use the pool. It's solid, for a pool. It's almost pricey though, because there are a lot of bugs in the outside pool, and I'm not sure I will continue to pay to swim in a dead bug infested pool. Also, I can't use the inside pool because people like to walk up and down the lanes, or let their kids play in them. I do laps, real swimming. However, the real reason I cannot swim inside is because of the spas right next to the lanes where old dudes sit and try to hit on you, take you out, or talk. I'm there to swim, not talk or spurn advances.

I go to off set the cigarette smoking and to justify drinking watermelon flavored amphetamines as soon as I wake up.
This plays is a great gym.. If you play raquet ball even better!
Wish it was 24/7, but otherwise a great gym. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Clean facilities, decent people, and I don't usually feel like I have to lock up my stuff.
Clean facility, good upkeep. Reasonably priced. Fun for the family.
A superb choice for fitness training or just trying to stay healthy. Any and all amenities imaginable, including several types of looks, thermal therapies, amd clean locker rooms.
Sometimes dirty it busy but I still loved working it here. Great atmosphere.
Good gym in terms of options however to many times I walked into the bathroom and there no paper towels or toilet paper at night. Another downside is the gyms hours; Friday they close by 11 and I feel it should be 12am at the least for the late shifters.
Love it and hate it at the same time!! If I didn't have a trainer I wouldn't be doing nearly as well! I have the BEST trainer because he knows just how much to push me.
It's alright... It used to better last year, now all the equipments changed & can't even do supersets with cable machines while doing shoulders. They used to have a shoulder equipment by the cable machines downstairs. And I love to look myself in the mirror to see my form & progress. But all of those changed now.. It was MUCH! better back then. Mirrors were removed and why THE HELL?!? would someone put most equipment? Upstairs? Some people would smash the weights as their doing their sets and your employees will hear it in the office. Telling us to keep it low. Yet, this is a gym... Not planet fitness.
I just joined 3 days ago. My 3 year old and 7 month old love the outside pool. My baby can't last as long though in the pool as my older one so I wanted to try the baby care. I walked in and the guy and girl immediately said are you leaving your kids here. I said just the baby. The guy said she needs socks. I then said, she doesn't walk, she can't sit unsupported and she doesn't crawl. She would probably just he held or in a swing. The guy then was explaining nicely about the rules....but then the girl aggressively said SHE NEEDS SOCKS with an attitude and was annoyed. I asked then if they sold socks. The guy said no and smiled. Now I'm not sure if I will even leave my kids there with that girl. It's not a comfortable feeling. Maybe I should just cancel my membership and join a different gym. The whole purpose of joining was to have so e time to myself but if I'm not comfortable leaving kids then its pointless.
I was greeted by a nice staff. They offer 1 1/2 - 2 hour kid zone depending on occupancy. They offer a indoor lap pool, kid pool and jacuzzi and a outdoor lap pool and family area with a small frog slide and mushroom fountain. They are getting massage chairs put in and they offer a sauna and steam room. They also offer family/ co-ed locker room. Very nice place and the price isn't to bad considering all the amenities.
Very unfriendly kids club staff. I paid for a membership with my two children. I was shocked to be turned away because my 2 year old does not wear socks with her tennis shoes. The rules say that they need socks in the maze but the "boss" Gina said that it's understood that they wear socks with shoes. I went right back in and cancelled. Got a call about returning from the assistant gm. Thought about it for a day, figured Gina was probably having a bad day. Called to ask for assistant gm this morning and was told she would be in in about an hour. I asked if I could go ahead and come in and workout and send kids to kids club before she came in while explaining that my account was cancelled but I was going to change that when she came in. Guy on phone said no problem. I was able to check in and took my kids to kids club. The really nice girl there couldn't find my kids on the membership but said it should be fine... she just needed approval from GINA. I told her i could just pay for a day pass until it was straightened out bc Gina is rude and the reason I cancelled to begin with. She proceeded to call Gina in and my kids were turned away by her bc they are "not on my membership." Very confused as to why they have to be on my membership if I am offering to pay a day pass fee.
Great gym. I came in to town for a week as a CoS online professor and they were great. I was able to get a temporary pass for a very reasonable price.
Lots of great cardio equipment and a nice weight room as well as great indoor AND outdoor pools and a Towel service too. Staff is friendly. Locker room is small but showers are large.
Love my gym from the trainers to the workouts. The best exercise equipment and all the help you need reaching your goals. Diabetes specialist and all the right snacks and drinks to stay healthy.
Great health club and friendly staff but it seems like they are always repairing something and the prices are high.
