Took a yoga class there on vacation and think about it at least once a week. Was so awesome! Great gym. Nice staff without interfering in work out.

Receptionists are useless... classes were canceled multiple times without notifying the members, overcrowded, dirty, equipment is dated. The worst crunch so far I ve been to

This is a good gym, but scary area. My car was vandalized right on the parking lot - tablet, charger, some paperwork gone!

Good gym, nothing particularly special about it. Its kept clean, offers classes, has updated equipment and facilities to tan indoors if that's your thing. No cycling class at this location which is a bummer but for 15$ a month I really can't complain. The gym is somewhat new and well worth that price.

I have reviewed this place each month after someone said they would fix the problems. They never do. I cancelled after 6 months of someone said they would report the problems. Yes a joke to them. If that person is telling the manager and machines are still not working and restrooms are still really bad, that means the manager is not doing their job or the person responding to the reviews is lying.

I would give it 5 stars, but people are careless and leave weights lay around everywhere. Nobody knows how to rerack. Can't find weights, spend more time looking. People hog machines for extremely long time while chit chatting on their phones or with their friends. Not a great variety of equipment, very limited and small. People don't know how to wipe down after they swear all over the benches. People don't realize that this is not their personal home gym, others workout here too. You must share and not utilize they equipment for multiple exercises. Move on and share. The staff doesn't monitor the floor, they are to busy up at the front talking to one another. Rules are constantly broken you trip over gym bags and backpacks which aren't supposed to be in the workout area. Like I said the staff doesn't monitor or enforce the rules of the club.

It is a nice place to work out. The hydro-massage touch is nice and comes in handy. I did not take any classes here, but the studio looks great. The equipment is brand new. But it is popular and can get super crowded.

I go every weekend early in the mornings and I've always been greeted nicely. The locker room is always clean when I get there and personally I love going in the morning because the gym isn't full lol

1.Crunch is a decent gym. It was a lot better when it first opened because they had the jump ropes out on the floor. My issue is that one of the employees lied to me and said that one of pieces of gym equipment was only for the personal trainers. I've been going to the gym for almost 6 months and up until the last few days they haven't been on the floor. Since when is equipment in a public place only for certain people? It's a shame that he lied to me just because he was too lazy to go get it.
2.Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning the bathrooms and picking up the weights and kettle bells
3.the gym needs newer machines or not take forever to call maintenance

I love this place! The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The equipment is new and the place is clean. I'm so glad I didn't give my money to planet fitness. If you can't get it done here then something is wrong. I come here early morning before work and I always get a good workout. I recommend it if you want a great gym.

Great small gym. I would rather go here than L.A fitness, it feels like its less crowded and the machines are nice and smooth.

Nice gym. New machines. Locker room is an issue....people are leaving their things in lockers days on end... Staff needs to invest in bolt cutters and free up locker space. Also only 2 showers... Some people need to take shorter showers.

These employees have absolutely no drive to get people in. They're only pushy when you're sitting there trying to get you to sign up but their follow up or returning possible members they don't care for much. Even to take a message, they rather tell you to call back instead of getting your number down be followed up on. Gym is nice and clean. New equipment.

Great gym. Not crowded when I go early on the morning. My only compliant is they don't have any early (6am) classes.

It's affordable for you sure , but it's small, and only two showers for 100s of ppl. Parking sucks, they do offer tanning and hydro massage.

Love this gym! 4 stars because sometimes machines take a while to be fixed but I usually go at unusual hours and it doesn't affect me. Can be quite busy from 6-9pm.

Love this gym--it was very easy and cheap to sign up, but we did get their opening prices, which were great. The staff is very friendly, their equipment is clean, and they have everything you need to get a good work out. Plenty of weights. I'm glad we got the membership here.
