This place has everything. They offer a variety of classes, and they provide mats, bolsters, eye covers, and straps. You just bring yourself. I've had multiple stress injuries going to gym yoga classes from being pushed to achieve max poses, but this place obviously has the training to guide your practice in a healthy way.... more

Loved going here for the past 4 years, great weight room, and very clean facility overrall.. I've sent a number of e mails to corporate. My main concern is cleanliness...suggested that hiring a professional after hours cleaning service should be done.... more

This 24 is old school. This was the first gym I signed up with way back in high school, and I am still a member of the 24 network til today! I've been to many 24's up and down the state, and this gym is a small, get-it-in type of facility.... more
