This place has everything. They offer a variety of classes, and they provide mats, bolsters, eye covers, and straps. You just bring yourself. I've had multiple stress injuries going to gym yoga classes from being pushed to achieve max poses, but this place obviously has the training to guide your practice in a healthy way. Love it here

Vallejo Yoga is a wonderful studio. I cannot recommend it too highly.
I love this yoga studio. You can take it at whatever level you need and the instructors are very supportive!
Vallejo Yoga is a great local studio. I discovered this group of instructors in 2004 when the studio was Adara. They offer a variety of yoga styles and the instructors are all devoted and excellent. You should give them a try.
