Great atmosphere to practice yoga. All staff is friendly and extremely professional. It is a serious studio, so it's important to read the class information for your safety and to avoid being a disruption to other's experience/practice.
They offer both Hatha and Vinyasa hot yoga as well as yin yoga and other workshop classes. It's a wonderful studio, very clean and welcoming. Also, there are showers available to rinse off after a hot session.
