Wow wow wow! These girls are amazing! The Barre class is off the hook amazing! Best workout I've had! This class is no joke, be ready to work hard! The consequence is beyond words...besides all sweaty lol
you will walk away feeling so strong , limber, empowered & so ready to tackle your day!

The overall environment of the studio is very inviting and never overwhelming. All instructors are passionate about what they do and add their own individual flavor to each class.

I love love love Ebb and Flow! The studio is so cute and cozy, all the teachers make you feel like you're apart of theie yoga tribe!
They focus on community and it shows. Also great for beginners or people intimidated by Vinyasa flow!
