Pretty nice place but needs a deep cleaning in the cracks of bathroom. Black tar build up but it still smells clean. Great staff
tried canceling my membership for 3 months, manager there does not do her job the correct way, first i called in and she said will cancel, 2nd time i went into the club and she said she will cancel and wont get charged, now 3rd time im still getting charged, watch out for this lady, she doesn't do her job right, still no sign of reimbursement!
Hayat has a great class that is filled to capacity. She is an excellent instructor and has good routines for her class to follow. You feel like you have a personal trainer but in a class setting. I have been a member of In-Shape for years and she is by far the best that I have experienced!!!

Employees are awesome. Facility uses space great and has a lot of options. People that workout there are an interesting bunch. A good example is the mid 40s Hispanic cat that loves to run in place and grunt while in the sauna. There's also an overabundance of fitness experts that aren't actual trainers there which in itself provides some great comedy. Pop pop

I don't know how it is on the weekends. It is usually clean and has the equipment I need to work out. It has quite a bit of equipment and is big enough for my needs.
