Equipment is very nice.
Staff is nice.
Work out areas are ill ventelated and hot.
Locker room has a cramped feeling.
Lockers are very dusty.
My son when there for awhile. He like it. His wife when too.
It's a family, multi-purpose gym that offers activities appropriate to all ages, and it is run by friendly, attentive staff drawn from varied backgrounds.
I love small gyms with all the equipment of that of a larger one, minus the crowd. Along with super friendly staff.
Like going to In-Shape the place is never crowded and the staff there are really nice could use a little more equipment but what they have works for me

Guy associate was unprofessional and a big liar!! Have to cancel our membership after two weeks of using this facility. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I love our InShape fit. We try to get there early 5-5:30. Get in, get out and get our day going. The staff is always helpful and friendly, the gym has always been clean and stocked (with paper towels and spray). They are so helpful when we travel to. The girl who signed us up (Desiree) looks in the area were traveling to San Diego, Atlanta, S. Lake Tahoe, etc. Finds gyms for us, calls them and finds out there rates. Can't get better service than that. Thank you all again for being so nice to me and all of our family. Hopefully you can open a few hours earlier on the weekends for summer..
UPDATE: Michael responded to my post and he quickly rectified this situation and turned this experience into a 5 star review. I work in the Customer Service Industry and his quick response to assist me made me a very happy customer.
I love coming here but am very disappointed that I can't readily add my son to my account because there is no sales manager onsite after 5:30p. Very disappointing for those who work out of Tracy. I'm told I have to go to the main InShape location to sign him up but it's on the other side of town and the parking is horrible at that location. I want to be able to add him and then work out, very unhappy at the moment. Why can't they have someone work until 7p on at least one day of the week? I would love to change this to 5 stars once this changes.
