Nice staff, good weight rooms. But they do not clean the locker rooms like they should. I pay 50 a month for my membership and every time I go in the locker rooms it gross af. Idk if they even clean the floors daily it's always dirty and old towels on the workout equipment is common. I dont see the staff going around cleaning on a reg basis. I'm there for about 2 hours a day so I would think I would see some cleaning lol
A very Live atmosphere and a bar filled with nutritious shakes
motivates me to get up off the couchvand keep moving forward. Class Instructors are exceptional.
This too is phenomenal be amazingly polite staff and teachers make all their classes fun.

In-shape 101 S Tracy, CA parking is mostly surrounded by Trees and as soon as summer comes, The management starts trimming tree to reduce the shades in the parking. Last week, some crackhead decided to cut the upper part of trees alongside Tennis court leaving no shade in the parking lot. Asking a simple question leads to an argument with the management of this location. These days, Tracy is hitting temperature in 3 digits where our cars are burning if leave for 30 mins. Even if someone requested to cut the trees then the management should be looking at alternatives or see what is feasible. The office of the guy (who has made this decision) should be moved to the tennis court for few days so he/she knows how does it feel not having shade in this weather but the corporate is always scared of this mafia and never takes any action. Very disappointing and discouraging.
Therapy pool just right for me
There always seems to be an issue with the sauna and steam room. They will randomly do maintenance and not give out any notice. Sauna is down at least every other week with some excuse. I feel like if a 24 hour fitness came into town, many members would switch over. They close at 11pm, why can't they do maintenance after hours like other gyms? I was a member to 24 hour fitness on vaness in SF for 6 years, I can tell you they never had their sauna closed until cleaning time.

They are constantly updating many thing. However there seems to be an unfortunate amount of in house vandalism.

the pools are nice and a warm sauna a big place too lots of different machines to work out with
Compare 24 Fitness workout schedule with Inshape before you sign a contract. If you are a local and you don't work or your work-shift ends before 3 you would find good classes.
These gyms is definitely not for people that commute and wants to take group classes.
I've been a member for a couple of years. The upgrade of the gym was impressive. Clean gym overall; lacking good strength equipment though
In shape has pretty good monthly rates for a club that haa private classes a sauna and steam room. If you're in DC a membership like that is 120 bucks a month easy.
To many people at this gym now. Don't really like the new changes in the gym as well. Liked it the way it was before. Looking for a new gym to go to soon.

I'll start off by saying that membership is quite expensive with the cheapest starting at $99.00 with a $34.00 per month dues and a once a year maintenance fee of $24.00 (approx).
If you add this all up and at the cheapest membership, it's not cheap!
With membership, you get full use of the facilities weight room, pool, tennis court, bike machine etc.
The parking here is terrible in that during the workweek, everyone is here after work and parking is at a premium. Sometimes, I can't find a spot to park.
By 9pm the lot starts to clear but this place stays busy until 10pm.
Overall assessment is that you can get a fairly good workout and exercise provided that others don't stop to yak with you.
Very nice facility, ample parking. Looks very busy from the parking lot, but because there are so many options for work out equipment, you can always find something to do
This gym is nice. The workers are friendly. I like the amenities: multiple workout rooms, yoga studio, classes, Sauna, pool, daycare, outdoor area, tennis, basketball, racquetball. Sometimes the machines are broken but there's plenty to choose from. I like there's constantly classes going on. They are currently doing a lot of updates and upgrades. It's not super fancy but it's also pretty affordable, each month there promotions.
The staff was friendly tennis courts clean and the place had a great vibe! Love it!
