I have been coming to this studio for over 3 years. The staff is such a pleasure to work with and they are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They keep me committed and I always want to come back!!
At the risk of making Daily Breath too popular (for me to get my desired classes in the future) I will write this most enthusiastic review. I have been to several pilates studios in the area, and this is the BEST! The studio is very CLEAN, the prices are reasonable, the instruction is EXCELLENT. I really appreciate the instructors' respect for beginners or people with injuries. Unlike other studios, Daily Breath allows me to do what I can...there is no pressure to do things I am not comfortable with. The instructors always modify upon request. Everyone knows me by name, and I feel as though the instructors really care about me. I am very glad to have found Daily Breath Pilates and I highly recommend it for pilates instruction at all levels.
