UPDATE: Randy's actually a very good club manager. We had some differences at first, but after several meetings, emails, and a call later, I honestly believe that he is trying to change this gym for the better. Many replacement processes take longer than we would hope. But in time, I trust that he will get everything sorted out.
INITIAL REVIEW: I was assured by the club manager that we would get at least a couple elliptical machines fixed/replaced in a timely manner because they are at least 12+ years old and in rough shape. He did not deliver.
Save yourself the trouble and avoid going there.
The place is a mess and it's impossible to cancel membership.
After multiple phone calls and visits, the best advice we could get from the "friendly" staff their was "you should open a dispute with your credit card company"
Great way to deal with customers.
Stay away!!!!
Good gym but not maintained well.. very limited free weights, exposed wires, quite smelly. Personal trainers are awesome but their manager nicole is extremely rude and unprofessional. Always trying to prove her dominance over young trainers who are doing everything they can and working hard. I recommend this place for personal training and racquetball courts. Excellent location too. I hope they spend some money to improve the facility. 4 star coz of location and personal trainers.

Average gym, work out area is on 2nd floor, scary when users drop heavy weight on floor. Lockers are old but still usable. Sauna and jacuzzi are often crowded since quite many retirees hang out.

Falling apart: ceiling pieces on floor of men's locker room, July 25, 2018. Get it together, 24HF!
This place has recently remodeled locker room, clean pool. Its not crowded.
Locker rooms and pool area used to be in pretty bad condition. Went through remodeling in December and is now 100% better!
Staff is nice. Clean equipment. Not as crowded as other 24h fitness. Not bad at all.
Very underrated. They only recently revamped their locker rooms and wet area, and it is hard to beat. Solid facilities on that front. I swim a lot, so please note that I am merely basing my review on my experience with the wet area. If only all the reviews from 1 year ago or further expired, because this place is probably the most improved of all the 24-Hour Fitness Sport locations (that aren't not super-sports) in the area.

I have had my best gym sessions here. People and workers are angelically kind. Much appreciated. Will return as much as possible.
Most of the time cold water! Shower broken! Not clean toilets! Broken bicycles pedal fixes! But totally near, big, staff are good, look the dirts in the renewed jacozzy !
good gym, big room and two other small rooms with a lot of equips, racket ball courts, pool, spa n steam room.
When I walked into this gym for the first time, I felt creeped out. Lots of guys stared at me and I refused to go back for a while. However, I live very close to this location.
I gave it another chance. I typically visit another 24. So to make the comparison, this location does not offer the equipment variety as the super sport. No towels. The layout is inconvenient and awkward. The lack of some equipment alone, does not entice me to revisit.
Actually open 24/7. They have replaced a lot of the machines and the crowd is not as bad as other places. The employees also don't bug you compared to other locations.
