A dealership where "no" is our favorite answer. We don't second guess saying "we cant" to whatever your request is.
Do not buy a car from them !!! They try to convince you to get a warranty and they say is super easy to cancel and ar the end is a pain. They told me I could cancel with a phone call and at the end had to drive all the way to Sunnyvale (4 hrs drive total). The finance guy was all grumpy and seemed mad because I was cancelling. He probably said 4 words in our interaction. I waited for my refund and did not got it. Talked to the warranty company and they told me the dealership never filed the cancelation. I realized that because I was still being charged for the warranty. There have been 5 months and I have not gotten my money back. I call them and the department that does refunds is close. That is so convenient. The department that is supposed to give money, we already pay closes down.
Adela Rodriguez was very helpful and professional. She got things going very quickly including a test drive.

I would like to thank the amazing staff here at Toyota Sunnyvale! I was able to trade in my dodge charger and get a much more affordable Toyota Camry. LOW PAYMENTS!! Thanks to Noori and to the financial gentleman that helped me thru the whole process. Definitely worth it and would recommend this place.
This dealership is pretty sincere on what they deliver. Even with lack of sufficient credit, Vinod was able to negotiate with a bank to get me an approval on a Honda Accord and now I'm on the road. That's some dedication towards making a sale! Also, shout out to Roy, one of the finance associates, he made the process even smoother and was very understanding of my concerns. Great job Toyota Sunnyvale.!
The salesmen John and Mo we both very helpful and went out of their way to help me i was very pleased. They offered a loaner car when my car wasn't ready and gave me a very nice loaner. Very friendly and felt very welcome. Would recomend them to anyone looking for a pre owned car.
I bought my car here and James Tran was a super guy. He helped me out with everything. Highly recommended. This dealership carries nice warranty and maintenance package.

Terrible shopping experience. While the sales staff are fine and personable, the sales manager was a real jerk. We tried negotiating the price of the car (with paperwork showing what we had paid for an equivalent car some 8 months ago), and the manager had the gall to accuse us of not knowing what we were talking about. Total lack of respect. Sorry, Toyota Sunnyvale, there are plenty of other dealers out there who respect the customer.

Entered here by mistake. Very well greeted by Mr. Vinod. The moment he realized that we are not his customer, the reaction changed drastically. It was very rude and careless and he sort of just walked out on us.
The attitude reveals the true personality and fake caring attitude/greeting and what culture is promoted at this pre-owned service center.
I would not rely on such people to do business with anytime.

The price was a bit better than the offer I received from the Volvo dealership where I was purchasing a new car. I wasn't ready to sell that day but I came back a week later after I bought my new car. King honored the price he had given me the week before and the deal was done in about 15 minutes. Way easier than selling to a private party so I was very happy with the transaction.

We found the car we were looking for at this dealership. JJ was assigned to work with us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and reachable from the first text message. The transaction completed within hours and we took the car home.
The salesman was very helpful. He pointed out things to look for, when to check, and had options at every price level. the warranties on a used Toyota here are also fairly busy though, and the cars I tested didn't appear to have any issues. Their online responses are also helpful and timely.
This was the second out of five dealers that I visited. I wasn't sure if I wanted a used or a new car. James Tran was the one who helped us out and he was AMAZING throughout the entire process. I didn't feel any pressure while looking at the cars or overwhelmed with information. James seemed very honest and direct (no beating around the bush). My husband and I were lucky enough to have been led to Toyota Sunnyvale Pre-Owned from cars we liked on Craigslist.
John Ewell helped us find the perfect van for our family. As a salesman he was laid back, informative and honest. As a person, I could tell he was generally a wonderful human being. Also, Bart was just as superb and a blessing to do business with as well as spend some time with (even if it was doing paper work).

Do not buy from this dealership! I purchased a used Subaru from them and then 6 weeks later one of the tires had the tread separate from one of the tires. Took the tire to the dealership and they said it was a "manufacturer defect" and told me that I was on my own to try to get a warranty from the tire manufacturer. I asked them "So you're telling me that your dealership sold me a vehicle with a defective tire and that you aren't willing to do anything to help me?". Service man's reply "It's looking that way.". Absolutely infuriating.
