The staff are great! It's clean and well kept. It's a great place to work out and not be judged. I really like seeing people of all ages and sizes working out and bettering themselves. Like I said, with no judgement!

Water stand not working for two month now, quotes on the walls are gay, color on the walls and machine gives a cold feeling. I have always love working out but in this place, it makes me wants to get out of there asap. Also, I asked where they kept their scale and they dont believe in them so they are no scales in this place. No preacher curls bench, not even one, and last but not least, no toilet shields on the restrooms (at least the woman restroom., not sure if men had them in their restrooms). Is cheap but you pay for what you get.

I love coming late at night when barely anyone's there. I love how cheap they are and I always get a great workout here. Sometimes I get in the massage chair after my workout and it always seems to make me feel amazing at the end of a long day.

Visit this location at least 4 days out of my busy week for a great workout. Very clean facilities. And respectful staff. Great experience overall. Worth what you pay.

Love this gym. The gentleman at the front desk in the early morning is always really polite and welcoming. Since starting they hardly have any broken equipment. The last gym that I was with always had broken equipment. It's never hot inside and not really crowded during the time that I go. The machines are clean and well maintained. My only complaint would be that there are no toilet seat covers. I was a little surprised they didn't have any in the stalls, but other than that, I'm really happy with my membership.

I wasnt too impressed when I went for my first time. I had bought my membership online and when I walked in the first day(which was monday), noone showed me around or explained the different workout areas. The employees at the time didnt seem to show good customer service.. it wasnt until the second time that someone greeted me and showed me around. Other than that the gym is pretty nice.

Every night for the last 2-3 weeks there has been a lady sleeping on the hydromassage table #1. She doesnt just happen to fall asleep because shes covered in her own blanket. My husband has complained to the people at the desk & to the day manager & the night manager. The day manager said he will talk to the night manager. The night manager said he doesnt know why she sleeps there. She is a member, is what we were told. When i asked about the 10 min. time limit on the beds i was told yes there is a 10 min. time limit on the beds & that was it. Nothing more was said except have a nice night sir as we left without being able to use the tables - again!

I really love it here! Randy, Jay, Daisy, and Adrien are all amazing, they go above and beyond to help with no hesitation. The other staff members are great too but these four are my favorites because they are truly kind, helpful, and are always smiling. Good job Planet Fitness on picking your staff members. The gym is very clean from the workout floors to the restrooms and massage and tanning areas, all disinfectants and paper towels are easily obtainable and well stocked. The layout is great and you have a great variety of equipment for your workouts. I guarantee you won't be disappointed with your membership.

They're always adding new equipment. I love that they're the only gym in town with tanning machines too. They should give up the food they give for free every month though and let us meet with nutritionists instead.

What I like about this location is it's a nice diverse group of people. Very inviting with no judgement. Very clean the staff is friendly. There is enough circulating air and plenty of machines even at their busiest times.

I love Planet Fitness as most people are tending to their workouts or perfecting their personal routine. No one bothers anyone because it is understood that it is not a social club. The facility is probably the best you can find given him the reasonable cost of joining the club. I would say it was first rate overall with everything a person needs to get in shape

I received the best service today! I'm a newbie to the whole "gym thing." Jay was so friendly, charming, knowledgeable & made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my tour with him. He made me feel I made the right decision joining Planet Fitness. The gym looked great as well. Lots of equipment. Kudos to Jay & Planet Fitness!

Lack of exercise equipment. I went twice went back to tell them to cancel my membership I signed a thing on the screen. They didn't cancel my membership instead updated my billing apparently. Now they don't want to refund my money trying to say it's my fault.

I got a Planet Fitness membership in April. I signed a contract stating the monthly fee would be $19.99 per month. Shortly after signing the contract, I found out I was pregnant and was having medical problems so my doctor put me on bed rest. The gym would not allow me to cancel my membership when I tried to and stated that I had to pay a $60 fee to cancel. I felt this was very unfair. To make matters worse, I went to sign onto my bank account and saw that my card was overcharged. I thought this was odd because I'm very responsible with my bills and had enough money in my account to cover all my expenses. I noticed that Planet Fitness had been charging my card $34.99 per month every single month since I started my membership. I called them on the phone to ask what happened. They said that they couldn't find my account so they charged it a late fee. How can they charge a late fee to the bank account they cannot find? This doesn't make any sense to me. So I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager would be in on Saturday morning from 9am-12pm. However, when I showed up during this time, Johnny told me that Leslie, the manager, had changed her hours last minute and would not be in until 1pm. They have not resolved my issue and I am writing this review to warn others about what is going on so it does not happen to them.

I've been coming to this gym since I signed up last Nov, so about 8 moths now. I recently got my car broken into last week on a Friday night in the gym parking lot. I was at the gym for about 40 mins and by the time I came out my window was busted open and they went through my purse. I was so disappointed that I didn't even want to return anymore to that area let alone the gym, but I will continue to go but now just only in the day, no more nights! I want to warm women especially whoever did this will probably do this again. Please please don't leave your valuables in the car they are looking at what you carry or leave in your car. I do like the gym and I do like the equipment but staff could be more friendlier and smile more, but I don't go for them or the service, I go for myself. Please be safe everyone and watch your surroundings.

Awful and horrible customer service EVERY TIME I go in, let's just say if you don't work there or aren't a gym junky you are nothing to them and they won't even acknowledge you!
I signed up and didn't even get a tour of the awful place, and remember always read the fine print because they are scammers like every where else. The entire judgment free zone is a lie for I felt judge by them every time I walked in. It's an awful place and you can get more for your money through crunch and in shape for just $5 dollars more and they have way more to offer, take it for me a parent you don't want to go here... you'll regret it

This place is great! Nice open space, clean workout areas and restrooms. There are so many perks for members and the plans are so affordable. Helpful, friendly staff. Very supportive atmosphere. Bagels for members on the second tuesday of the month. Pizza for members on the first monday of the month. Such a great, supportive atmosphere.
