I was invited to attend a class by a member and had as great a time as possible when the purpose of the class is intense physical training meant to push you. The trainer, Ryan, kept the workout moving and the 45 minutes flew by.

PFT is by far the best place to workout! Ryan is a awesome trainer he pushes you and teaches you how to do the workout properly! I definitely highly recommend PFT!
