I used to love this gym. however when I began another exercise program, I thought I would temporarily cancel my membership since I wasn't going to be using it for a while. I called to cancel, ended up talking to more than one person, followed their directions, and finally ended up going to the gym itself to finalize the cancellation. Looking at my bank statement, they continued to charge my bank for the next 3 months before I caught it. When I brought it to the attention on one of the managers, her comment was, "I'm sorry I cannot give you a refund" She admitted talking to me during the first time I cancelled. I used to tell people about the gym, but I won't any longer and they have lost a customer.
