The hydrolytic machines build muscle and burn calories while the metabolic conditioning stations help you recover between stations...or you can step it up and get your dance moves on or kick box your way around the circuit. The music is up beat and makes you want to move! The club offers classes for various fitness levels and Zumba too. There is an optional Smart Key that tracks your effort on the circuit, so you can see your results and monthly coaching that includes motivation, goal setting and results tracking, so you can see your where you started (weight, measurements, BMI) and see your successes week to week for Curves Complete members or month to month for premium members.
