Gym equipment is great, no problems with that. Staff is super friendly and was helpful. The thing that made me give it 1 stars is some of the people there, and of course the fact that is NOT OPEN 24 HOURS ANYMORE. So many people are not conscious of hygiene, it can be disgusting at times if you pay attention. The only real reason I decided to go to 24 hour and not Anytime (my personal favorite 24hour gym) is the hot tub and sauna, and the first week there I've seen so many people worrying more about what's going on around them than being conscious of not doing small nasty things like getting in the hot tub with shoes and/or gym clothes because lord knows how many gems are on those floors. I wish they were A LOT more strict preventing people from just jumping in the pool or hot tub and spend time on training patrons to be clean and considerate. They have waaayyyyy to many people coming in and out throughout the day to honestly say they can keep that pool and tub truly clean.

It's gone from bad to worse.... Through all the renovations and making it "super sport" there is nothing super about it, They added towels that's about it when they switch over then raised everyone's prices took them away and now not even open 24 anymore because they raised my membership and giving a lot less. So many other places to choose from for way less

A/C fail again, hot and muggy in the cardio area though cool at the front desk. Nicer outside than inside during this hot weather. Staff not helpful.

Clean gyms are hard to come by. This place has undergone several renovations since I've been a member but nothing like its latest. This place inspires you to work out and has definitely drawn a larger crowd. Although, this gym can get busy there is always a piece of equipment open to use or room available to zone out and stretch.
The prices are reasonable for a 24-hour hot-spot but don't get wrapped up in a price debate... 24 hour fitness always wins.

The equipment to person ratio is well balanced for the most part. I usually dont have to wait for equipment while I'm there. They also provide clean towels at the front desk, which apparently is not the case at all 24 fitness locations. They also have plenty of classes to choose from.
Update: we recently had a baby and decided to change to a gym closer to our home. It sounds strange but they made it really easy to cancel our membership. I feel like most gyms would make you jump through a bunch of hoops. The made it really simple and hassle free. Thank you!

Biggest best brightest cleanest 24 Hour Fitness I've ever seen I currently worked at the Corte Madera 24 Hour Fitness back in the 90s and it's nothing like this super Club great place to workout good prices good service good everything that's Club I've ever seen

Not bad, and very affordable. But I won't use the locker room or the pool/spa areas due to potential staph etc infections, go during the low-use time.
Edit 6/2018: Apparently their a/c is too expensive and the cardio space (ellipticals etc) is swampy hot. Now that it's summer, and hot inside this place, it's just not worth exercising here.

Nice gym, employees could be more welcoming. They don't always acknowledge everyone coming into the gym. Management should train their employees on customer service. A few employees pick and choose who they say hi/hello too. SADLY....

****Signed up for 3 day pass to try it out with my friend... We only used 2 days and had 1 left. Went back a week later (today) to use our last day with full intention of both of us signing up first of the month. I was told because I did not use 3 days consecutively, I could not go in with out signing up right then. Okay, I understand policy...even though i DO NOT RECALL ever being told that. ***The kicker was my friend (who came in on a 3 day pass as well) and wanted to use his last day with me, was told they could not find him in the system. He told staff he had been in, played hoops, chatted up with the others on staff, swam etc...SO they reregistered him and gave him another 3 days free...but since I was IN the computer I could not work out. Logic there??? Staff knew full well I was going to now sit out in the car and wait for him to play hoops and workout. Btw it is 10:45pm. 40' out.
I don't even know what to say to such ignorance, unprofessionalism and stupidity.
We are probanly still going to join but its obvious the left hand does not know what the right is doing there.
Ps. The kid at the counter was very polite... just not too bright.

Typical 24° gym with everything you come to expect. Friendly, helpful staff, wide variety of classes, machines, free weights, . . . the list goes on. The pool is a little small but rarely crowded. Early and mid-morning seem to be the least crowded times. I wish they had more than one ergonometer, but they have plenty of the other cardio machines. The locker room is always clean, and the facilities are rarely so busy that you need to wait.

Love this gym and the staff (friendly and hard-working). It's a great gym and great vibe, and you can't beat everything you get for $45/month. The manager is also amazing, very helpful and supportive and positive.

Solid place to workout and get in shape. There's two separate areas, one for cardio and one for weightlifting. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is it takes a while for them to fix the broken equipment, with a 24 hour service team, it shouldn't take more than a week or two.

Good trainers, gym is clean and tidy and there is enough work out equipment so you don't have to wait much. They do nickle and dime you for the membership fees. Personal training is expensive for what you get

This 24 hour gym is convenient to get to. Tucked away from 101 so you don't have to deal with traffic to get here. However a lot of the machines are outdated, rusty and you basically can't adjust like 80% of them because the pins are so rusty. Everyone who works here is great, the bathrooms are clean they do have an indoor pool which is nice to have during the cold months. But the gym equipment definitely needs a huge make over. If it wasn't so close to my house I would go to Rohnert park instead.

I like 24 hour. I would recommend going not during peak hours. Otherwise 24-hour becomes like its own City. But other than that if you go when it's not crazy busy it's great place with a lot of different ways to work out. Including free classes that are included with your membership

More than half of the treadmills won't start or will randomly stop mid-workout, which makes it frustrating or impossible to just "zone out" while you're jogging. I've alerted the staff to non-functional machines, and they'll usually walk out, physically hit or punch the control panel until it starts working again and say, "there, it's fixed." When I asked if there was a more permanent solution, each time, I get an answer along the lines of "these machines are always in use, just find another working one." The problem is that there are only a few working treadmills, and if the staff isn't interested in even logging which machines need repair, it isn't going to get any better.
I got the membership as a gift, but when it's up for review, I think I'm just going to stick to jogging outside and avoid the $50/month cost. At least then I'll be able to get an actual workout.

Great gym. Has tons of machines and weights. Basketball court. Pool, hot tub, sauna. Excellent staff.

Low cost. The jacuzzi is WAY to chlorinated and causes bleaching of swimsuit and eye redness. It is should be cleaned more than once a week. The pool is lap only and working out is fine. This club could have been much more with ample space for outdoor patio area to hang out.

In town for an Ironman this weekend just wanted a 1 day quick workout, they charged me 50 $ for me and my brother to work out, their one month is cheaper than what we would have paid... I'm sure it's an alright gym but I felt ripped off and I ended up leaving and went down the road to Anytime fitness who let me workout for free that day! I recommend Anytime fitness if you are just visiting town for a couple days!

No wifi, Many people use multiple pieces of exercise equipment at once, missing equipment never replaced. Leaky unsafe roof.
