My husband and I have been taking Amanda's yoga class for about a month and she is just amazing! Always a great class!. I love villa vibes yoga! I went today and was a first timer to yoga and the class was amazing! For the first time in over 8 months after a hip injury and surgery I was able to sit cross legged and it was so empowering knowing it's possible to get my flexibility to be where it once was!
