From Jose, Sam, Jason, Howard , they've always had my back in terms of checking on my form, encouraging me to push harder when I needed or just plain call me out when I was feeling like a big wuss.... more
I have had 2 bad experiences with a type of bate and switch with Gold Elements. First, they up sell there products and will not take any return or refund on their products. Second, Gold Elements uses discount codes to lure you in~ if you do not order exactly the way it says, the code is not honored and customer service will only give you excuses why the code was not honored.... more
Very nice.Was enjoying a day in the sun watching tennis match. Nice clean environment for family's as well. Great pool also. Nice day..Overrated in my opinion. Yeah, the pool and the tennis courts are nice, but they aren't *that* nice.... more
This gym is amazing, the coaches are awesome, the staff is incredible. I highly recommend it..Unfortunately, my toddler had a terrible experience in her first class at Wallers. I spoke with the front desk before bringing my little one in, and felt like the class they offered may be a good option for my daughter to experience a class that is not "mommy and me", as that is what she has always done.... more

It's definitely a very different feel from the Anytime Fitness experience I'm used to; I come from the excellent ones that are in Ventura. Space is cramped, all the cardio machines are old, the rack is ghetto and signs everywhere with rules and redundant re-rack signs .... more
Good bike shop.Awesome new Indoor Cycling Studio!! Instructors are friendly and cater to all levels of fitness. Been going about 3 times a week and it's a blast but you do work hard and it pays off.... more
here for a short Visit, Ben is an amazing trainer!, and gym always clean and neat!. Ben always teach you proper posture while working-out. in my case i have couple of injuries so cant keep on track with same workout, he make me do other workouts while training with group.... more
This gym has all the right equipment for a perfect workout..Great gym, they recently did a bunch of updates which is great! A bit crowded but that is to be expected during peak hours.... more

Ekata has exceeded my expectations with their children's martial arts program. Currently our children are approaching year 2, as students. They have learned Jeet Kune Do, Savate, weapons training , and their journey continues! Also, our kids are always excited to attend class as well.... more
