Bragged to my close friend about my new membership at Golds gym( Was proud of my new membership at the time). We agreed he'd visit branch to compare his 24 Hour Fitness membership, front desk associate directed us to sales associate who in turn directed to Manager Francisco R. My brother also came to check out branch, had us sitting, waiting for 30 minutes, then tried to force friend to sign up and when my friend told him we wanted to look at the facility a bit he was upset, and then warned me - since I was a member- not to bring outside people if they were only coming to look at the facility. What!? I was so disappointed, felt like harassment. I wanted my friend to join but that was no way to treat new members. Friend and brother said they'd never consider golds gym (they currently are other gym members), I ended term as soon as possible. Manager and sales associate never waive a hello, it's seems they feel superior to others. Bad customer service and advocates.
