San Ramon Valley Fitness has been the perfect gym for me! I get a full body workout in just 30 minutes and leave feeling fabulous!!! I started taking the Bad Kitty Sassy Fitness class and can't get enough of it!!! It's a fabulous dance fitness class that makes me feel Sassy and I get to shake my butt into shape!!!I love San Ramon Valley Fitness,and would recommend this gym to anyone who loves a fun workout!! Great facility and coaches!. My daughters love their lessons at Diablo Gymnastics. They are excited every week to run, jump and tumble. We have asked them about other sports and activities but they say they want to keep doing gymnastics.... more
Hands down this is the best Pilates studio in the Bay Area! Great classes for people of all levels. The instructors are motivating and manage to do a lot in one hour without feeling rushed.... more
