I have never trained here but I know these guys. They are great. They love what they do and put in all their efforts in training. I would recommend checking them out.

I arrived at CF Danville as a foreigner looking for a 2 weeks practice while I was in San Ramon for work. I did not want to lose training rithym while traveling so I had come to the RIGHT place.
All the staff was so friendly and I had an opportunity to train with several coaches and students in different classes.
The intensity of the WODs are higher than other boxes, so you really gotta push to get your job done and it was fantastic to train with these guys that also have a great team spirit.
I got a great deal on price for those 2 weeks, trained hard and made new friends.

My name is Marybeth (momma to Kids Crafts by Three Sisters). I visited this gym yesterday because we're traveling from AZ and needed a quality, no-nonsense workout. I was SUPER impressed with Dustin and Crossfit Danville. People were friendly and Dustin made sure proper technique was used during each circuit. The exercises were tough, but could be tailored to your skill level. Working out here will tone your body the correct way and fast. I've told my whole family about it...they'll be coming down to sign-up. Definitely going back!

This gym will change your life! Crossfit Danville ROCKS. They are very professional and have workouts that can be done at all levels.
