The workout is really efficient - in 30 minutes I get high level strength training, cardio, and core. The location is clean and organized. The trainers are really nice - they make it a point to know your name and it always feels like the workouts are personal. Marcus is the best - he keeps you honest and entertained. I highly recommend 9Rounds for your fitness and health needs.
Awesome instructors. Workouts are never boring. You can go at your own pace at each station. Show up at anytime and jump into a workout. I always feel amazing after.

I loved the actual workouts at this gym, and Angel is an excellent trainer! However, I canceled my services in January 2018 with an account in EXCELLENT STANDING and they've sent a collection agency after me attempting to collect nearly $1000 in fees and services that are invalid! $1,000 for what!?!?!?! The owner is attempting to collect $1,000 from an ex-member who canceled via phone and was provided confirmation of cancellation! SCAM! FRAUD! The owner/ manager has NO INTEGRITY! These are not the businesses we run in San Ramon!
