Love the kickboxing workouts. They do body weight movements and weights along with the kick boxing for cardio. The instructors keep me motivated. Great people with a great environment.... more
no teamwork here at all. my kid hated it.. Really ghetto. Extremely low class and not at all promotive of young girls doing cheer. This place is more like a nightclub for parents and their parties.... more
