Atomic Boxing turned me from a mouse potato into a somewhat fit dude. I am thankful for the instruction of the staff, especially Gaby, Brian & Mike. It's nice to just show up for a class, not have to think about the workouts, and see progress over time. If you're thinking about it, just do it. You'll be happy you did.
The main thing they offer are kickboxing classes, which are many times a day. There are lots of heavy bags for everyone to punch and kick. Although there is a bit of repetition if you've been going a long time most of the instructors do try and mix things up. It's a good mix of cardio and kickboxing/martial arts techniques. Some change it up occasionally with things like WoDs (workouts of the day.)
For rapid weight loss, their 6-week 20 lb. challenge really works if you put in the energy and follow the plan. You get your money back if you make the goal and put in the hard work. It's mandatory 5 1-hour classes a week, 3 kickboxing and 2 High-intensity interval training classes. There are weekly weigh-ins and a diet plan. It's brutal but effective.
You can also do like I do and just pay to take the HIIT classes without the rest of the program.
There's a small gym in back, with a decent amount of equipment for the small footprint. If you check their web site and facebook feed they sometimes have special promotions.
