Yoga Sculpt is heat, yoga and HIIT all in one class. Perfect for cross training.. Different levels for different skill levels. You definitely sweat and the instructors are all super nice.... more

I don't know if this is specific to me and my body but I tried Bikram Yoga for the first time on Saturday November 9 and became very sick! I am 30 years old, fairly fit, run and practice other types of yoga regularly.... more
