I have practiced yoga at many different studios since the mid-90s across the US plus a few overseas. I have been a regular student at Nandi Yoga for almost ten years. It is my favorite yoga studio anywhere and has become an important part of my life. Nandi has many experienced and inspiring teachers who teach yoga in a variety of different styles. Classes are available for all ages and levels from beginners who are brand new to yoga to advanced students who want to deepen their practice by taking the teacher training. I am so impressed by how the teachers guide and encourage such a diverse group of students and gently challenge them too. This positive energy rubs off on all of us to create a wonderfully supportive and caring community that makes Nandi such a special place to practice yoga.
Loved the classes with variety in flow. Took Jennifer's class today, great presence and voice. Very sweet staff. The floor was cork? - perfect for jumps, softer landings. #namastehere

We've been going there for 6 years now and we love it. Wendy and all the staff are great. It is the right balance of spirituality and exercise for us. Also, many great workshops, a huge selection of classes and just terrific teachers. Wendy knows how to pick them.

I have taken classes and workshops at Nandi for many years and have always found the environment to be very welcoming and the teachers and staff fantastic. The class offerings are also very appealing with a variety of different methods and levels to choose from as well as class times from early morning to later in the evening.

I started at Nandi when Wendy opened the studio 7 years ago, and I've been grateful for the space she has created and the team of teachers (and visiting teachers) she has assembled. Classes are small without overcrowding and allow for teachers to know students individually. I've visited 40 different studios in the course of my practice and I rate Nandi among the best for the inviting aesthetic (great studio space, comfortable changing rooms with showers, etc), skilled and personalized instruction, and schedule of some of the area's best teachers.
