Update: I have now taken classes with Freya, Rachel, and Marylinn . They are all amazing and each have their own way of motivating you and guiding you through the class! Now that we are in Shelter in Place, the studio has been offering live online classes and also videos of classes that you can do any time of day.... more

Went to bootcamp the month of June and had a total blast. I loved it! It was hard and challenging but always alternate exercise when needed. Owner/instructor is excellent. Participants were friendly and encouraging.... more
