I love this place it feels like home. Everyone is like family. They are kind, cheerful, and motivating. The coaches are awesome Chrystal is very motivating and supper friendly, and Michelle is great at teaching the movements. Kyle is all around Superstar
Great business man, coach, athlete and God fearing man. In Kyle's case the saying " those who can't do teach" does not apply this man is a awsome athlete, and coach and manages the other coaches, what more can I say. We can't forget our favorite paramedic his awesome and his a great coach. Thank you CrossFit FCC for helping me get healther and happier.
