We just saw the one star review and had to dispute! We love this place, love the staff (they are patient and kind but also push the kids too), love the owners, love the equipment, and appreciate their flexibility to work with kids of all ages and abilities (and schedules) to help them learn, improve and have fun!
Good location for alternative birthday party to Rock and Jump
Expensive, if you have any complain you'd have the owner yealling at you over the telephone and not refunds. Read the contract carefully.
Our Kids love it there! Great coaches and nice place to spend the afternoon with the kids!
My kids love working out at this gym - basically a giant plywood indoor playground. The staff is excellent, they do a great job of supporting kids of all skill levels to do their best.
Instructors are in general very good, however being a place where children from 5 years on goes to practice, I disagree and I am extremely disappointed that everytime while I wait there is someone smoking marijuana during children classes, really? You can't wait till get home? There were also a kid hidden playing to shoot other kids while they were in class It seemed to his relative attends the front desk.
Again it's a good place, but I don't find right those 2 attitudes in a sport public environment.
So after writing my review I called them directly, yes I should had adress this in private first and I was told that it could had been skunks. I am glad children can play while they are waiting for class, zombies is a common game but when one kid is playing alone to shoot others I find it not funny. To who answered my post I understand owner has to defend his/her business and I am as costumer can adress a concern as well, so I hope there is not a next time and we can communicate properly. I didn't make false accusations, why should I do that? We've been members during 3 months and my account is real so it is my name, you even know which member of my family uses has the membership, this is also not the only review I had made in a business and you can check my history. I would had expect a better costumer service and clarification other than dismiss my concerns.
The admin I talked to think it could had been a skunk (because it smells like the same thing- he said), but I wasn't the only one commenting about it.
I would like to say that having come to Sessions for close to 2 years now, this is the highlight of our week. We started with my then 6 year old and his brother, now 5 is a member too. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and great with the kids. The parents have formed a community as we watch our kids and talk and siblings feel free to play in this safe environment. I would like to also mention that a past reviewer has given some false information. We come at least twice a week and have never seen anyone smoke in the building, it is just not true. We love the staff!! Thank you Sessions for building a true community here in South San Jose!!

Awesome facility with great coaches. Classes are very personalized and friendly, and open gym is a great way to have fun. Equipment allows for learning anything and everything that has to do with free running/climbing/parkour.

Overall pretty decent, hard to notice as you can't see it from the street and it has a small sign above the inset door. Signing up for the open gym was easy although some rules were not clear or specified at all until someone broke the rule and they were told to stop.

Great place for a fun workout. Instructors are all very friendly and good to know. Also, have a lot of awesome kids camps and classes. Fun for adults too.
This place is the best! Whether you have a wiggly kid that needs to burn off some steam or you just want to sound cool to your friends while working out, this is the place. The owners and the staff are so friendly, walking in is like showing up at a friend's house. The coaches work hard to help the kids (and adults) improve from wherever they are. The women's class is outstanding and friendly to all levels of fitness.
The facility is amazing and growing. With a huge spring floor, bars, an airbag, a climbing rope and so many surfaces to get creative with, its perfect for beginners and pros. Open gym is available for different age ranges. The adult open gym sometimes feels like a club and gym together, so awesome.
The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. We are so happy that we found the BAM fam.
These guys have built a wonderful place for your kids to safely be wild monkeys. They teach them how to correctly and safely run, jump and swing in a re-created city space. Kids and adults can come and feel like a movie stunt double.
Pretty good, has $5 open gym and parkour equipment such as mats and an airbag. No trampoline.
My son has been coming here for quite a while now and absolutely loves it. He saw "American Ninja Warrior" on tv and wanted to learn how to do some of the stunts. We found BAM on a google search and feel like we found a hidden gem in this place.
The gym keeps growing and expanding with new obstacles and equipment. The teachers are all great with kids and skilled in what they are teaching. The facilities are always clean and kept up as well. If you have active kids and aren't a member at BAM, you're missing out!
